No It actually depends on how tall the person is. Best thing is, you could measure a high waist crotch measurement for the person then add 2 inches to it.

Thank you for watching. Because this is a high waisted pant you can use between 11or 12 inches for the front and to get the back you have to come up by 21/2 standard from the waist and 21/2 extra on the crotch...... Just patiently watch you will understand
Thank you . To locate the dart,I used the nipple to nipple measurements also the dart should start from the under burst to the dart or 2 inches before the dart.
