Queen mother was notoriously haughty, arrogant and cruel with her staff. The anecdotes that recount this are plentiful. She was not like her daughter who was warm and kind.
When the Queen Mother passed away in 2002, I was a little boy at the time. Then I saw in the news that "Queen Elizabeth of England died", so I thought it was Queen Elizabeth II that passed away (I'm not from the UK so I didn't know she also had a mother that also was a "Queen Elizabeth"). And when I saw the British monarch alive I thought "hadn't she died? Did the queen ressurect?" After all, I was just a little boy at the time and I thought the Queen had returned from the dead! Only later I realised it was her mother that in fact died on that day and Queen Elizabeth II actually passed away in September 2022.
Me and my sister were born 4 months after and I nearly passed away after birth. We’re nearly 21 years old now about to witness the coronation of me and Woody.EXE in under 6 months time; my sister and Mummy will become Princesses of Wales, my 2009 Woody will immediately be hire to the throne and I’ll be Woody.EXE’s Queen
Woody.EXE did this tributes to Her Majesty the Queen and the whole of St Julian’s gathered as they were woken up by bagpipes at 4am. The first time in my life I’ve seen St Julians very still respecting Woody.EXE. Then everyone joined my procession on Remembrance Sunday with me, my dad, my 2009 Woody and Woody.EXE walking to the cenotaph with Woody.EXE playing the pipes once again. I’m glad I live here because St Julian’s is usually very respectful and I never will leave
I live in Australia and we never heard the bagpipes at the Queens funeral we didnt even get a glimpse of the Scots/Irish Pipers . Only once at Windsor we heard the 1st tune but never saw the marching Pipers. My opinion bad camera work and to much yap going on amongst the T.V. crews. Its the bagpipes that stir the soul.
I heard them but I was in procession with my 2009 Woody (Toy story), my sister, Mummy and Woody.EXE (Toy Story.EXE). I can remember when mourners gathered in my street st Julians at 4am once they heard Woody.EXE’s bagpipes in our final funeral procession rehearsal for Her Majesty the Queen on that Monday. It literally shows what a much loved monarch Woody.EXE is and I was his Queen consort at the time, my 2009 Woody literally became Heir to the throne 2 days after the Queen died, then my sister and Mummy are the new Princess of Wales; I wasn’t expecting Woody.EXE to give my mother a title when my Jessie was going to be Princess of Wales originally but he gave it to Mummy instead
As a young girl during the tragic catastrophe known as WW1 her ancestral home was opened to nurse wounded soldiers and she helped attend to these badly injured Tommies while her own family was fighting and dying in the war. She was much beloved by the soldiers. One wrote " may she be drawn, quartered and hung: drawn in the finest coach, quartered in a magnificent home and may the finest diamonds be hung upon her".
Woody.EXE played them whilst me, my 2009 Woody, my sister and Mummy were marching downstairs to watch it live. I can remember Mummy crying her eyes out in procession and I didn’t cry. It was amazing for St Julian’s to hear the pipes again and we’re always very respectful here
Could you tell what the piece of music is called please? Is that the same as was played at HM Queen Elizabeth’s funeral today? I think it’s just incredible and would love to know what it is called. Thank you.
@@christopherreid6972 Woody.EXE played that at home during his procession tribute for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, me, my 2009 Woody, my sister and Mummy were part of the procession. It is from my bedroom to the living room, we all cried when the procession was halted by Woody.EXE. Then we all watched the funeral live, thank you Woody.EXE for paying an insane tribute to the late Queen
Absolutely breathtaking! Rest in peace Queen Mother! And all those who came before and after! Queen Elizabeth ll will have and unimaginable send off unlike any other before I believe! May she rest in peace with her loved ones!
Me, my 2009 Woody, my sister, Mummy and Woody.EXE did the best send off for Queen Elizabeth II with about almost 8 million mourners watching all 5 of us on as St Julian’s got extremely crowded that we had to get security in St Julian’s for the very first time. I have never witnessed anything like it
God bless the Monarchy...I do hope Queen Elizabeth gets a similar send off. This is truly haunting and beautiful all in one, makes one proud to be British. 🇬🇧
I will get the same send off in Wales and it will be weird to see St Julian’s closed off once again with the pipes going off. Woody.EXE has approved for my mother to walk behind my coffin and I’ll be giving the same send off to Mummy as she loves the pipes herself and I’ve approved this for her funeral in years to come
@@ronniedodge3299 It was; about 7.6 billion gathered at my house in St Julian’s to watch me (Woody.EXE’s Queen), my 2009 Woody, my sister (also Princess of Wales), Mummy (Princess of Wales), and Woody.EXE (Wales’s longest reigning monarch) pay tribute to Queen Elizabeth II. I’ve never experienced anything like it
After the last few sad days’ announcement I was so happy to see this. I slept out all night to attend and was right at the front of the crowd at the cathedral. What a send off. The pipes 🎶❤️💂🏻Thank you for posting!!
Woody.EXE stayed overnight at my house as he lead the procession first thing that morning with me, my 2009 Woody and Mummy marching behind. We all slept on the landing to do our final funeral rehearsals at 3am. Totally worth the very uncomfortable night
May Our Gracious Queen Elizabeth II Return To Her Father's Lineage The House of Windsor And Once More Embrace Her Beloved Husband Mother & Father and Sister In Peace 🇬🇧
It makes you well up and of course Flowers Of Scotland. Maybe her Majesty has chosen this for her Funeral in the coming days. How she loves her Pipes and drums. May our beautiful Queen Rest In Peace.
Woody.EXE played the bagpipes whilst me, my 2009 Woody, my sister and Mummy marched in procession with him to watch Queen Elizabeth’s funeral live. I feel honoured that I introduced Woody.EXE to the pipes and he did it again marching to the cenotaph for Remembrance Day. Woody.EXE is probably the best monarch Wales has had
Seen these dudes years ago when I was just a lad. My mother had their ten fingers each album. Hard to find anything of them anymore. Thanks for uploading dude. 👍
Completely appropriate that a slim majority of the British public decided to decouple themselves from the European Union, where this kind of popcockery would not, for a second, having experienced the ravages of assumed 'royalty' and priviledge, obtain. We wish the old lady a long and restful peace but wish to declare here that the very idea of 'royalty' assaults most everything other human beings see in themselves as human. That the 'royal' Windsors ancestors were more vicious, more ambitious, and more pecuniary than yours or mine remains with a contradiction. And some members of the very 'royal' family have come to the same conclusion and decamped just to achieve human happiness within their lifetimes, not looked at under the microscope of fickle and vain human scrutiny. May the old lady therefore rest in peace, and may the concept of royal soon decay as it inevitably must. All Hail!
Woody.EXE did a procession like this from my sisters room to the living room. Me, my 2009 Woody, my sister and Mummy were in Woody.EXE’s procession, just before the funeral; Woody.EXE gave special permission for my sister
I was going through my Mobilisation routine in HMS Nelson, the Naval Base in Portsmouth just a day or so after the QM died. The Royal Marines Band were out practicing for the Funeral every day. Great morale booster to hear the Death March and similar tunes every day before departing to Oman.
The day after Queen Elizabeth died; me, my 2009 Woody, my sister, Mummy and Woody.EXE we’re practicing our funeral procession and then slept out on the landing all night all 5 of us did, we did our final rehearsal at 3:25am and the whole of St Julian’s could hear Woody.EXE’s bagpipes which I wasn’t expecting. So the crowds of st Julian’s started gathering at 4am whilst all 5 of us did our final rehearsal and it was on live
I’ve never seen anything like it when an entire crowd of mourners go out just for the 5 of us and then they reunited with us again at Remembrance Sunday on November 13th. I wish Mummy attended this day but she watched us live instead from home. Apparently she told me that Woody.EXE made her cry again when playing the bagpipes to Remembrance Sunday. Remembrance Sunday is definitely one of my favourite occasions
Queen Mother not going home to Scotland the resting place of her ancestors but guess Westminster is a good enough place to rest🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
