I absolutely love everything about this 💜 kinda reminds me of a few years ago, a (VERY) small church i went to had a potluck (i dont remember why but i remember we had it lol) and i knew 2 of the kids had allergies so i dohble checked what they were. Come that sunday and i had cupcakes both boys could eat! One is lactose intolerant and the other has an egg allergy, and their mom was very surprised i was able to make cupcakes without eggs (applesauce surprisingly is a really good substitute!) Very happy that the boys and everyone else enjoyed them 💜
This video seriously pisses me the f off. Complete misinformation. I am diagnosed celiac and type 1 diabetic (NHS) and I can confirm that celiac does not need to be taken to that extent. Celiac is NOT an allergy and it's videos like this that make day to day social interactions with new people much more difficult because of the misinformation that she has been spreading. Normalise no mis info

You just cook everyone's meat to their personal preference. I mean like don't let someone eat raw chicken but if someone is picky about wanting their steak well done then leave theirs on a little longer. Nbd.
I never double dipped my knife in my butter for years in case I’d be cooking for my friend. Moved country and have to actively remind myself I can double dip as I’m not cooking for her anytime soon.

See. That's how you do gluten-free baking. You get the step by step details by the person or second hand from a roommate or relative. You make the time to clean everything & ensure you have fresh ingredients. No multi-tasking during the controlled experiment & keep it separate at all tome from everything else. You are not just being told "gluten-free, figure it out" nor everyone has the time to research how many alternatives & their exact taste profile. Call me crazy for not liking vanilla, but almond flour tastes like vanilla extract. So, for me, it's not the best choice but my step dad likes it enough he will even break his dentures eating his homemade almond buns that come out like overcooked cookies.

Bruh If someone is making you something out of love or care and you can't eat it cause it has gluten. Then just accept it and throw or give it away when they have left.
