Literally nothing is explained, complicated equipment and tests without an actual W readout is almost impossible for anyone to understand that never used this kind of equipment
@easywisy If your still around, Any way you can help me out with programming one of these? alot of people point to Chirp using the Wouxon KG-UV8D template but it throws errors and wont load the settings config. wondering if you have a CPS for this or a Load Module for Chirp.
I work in a radio shop and I have all the same equipment... Looks like it actually transmitted in all the bands except for 1.25 (220). The squelch opens up pretty low which is good, most Chinese radios have very poor squelch. There is some Frequency error on a few of the bands but it's within acceptable margins.
I was looking at this radio today because the price was within my budget. Would you say by what you saw here it would be a decent radio? I'll mostly be just receiving. Thanks!
I am completely confused when you placed the radio on the Dummy-load it registered 12-watts output on 70cm [Tx] and 5-watts output on 2m {Tx] But when you put the radio on the IFR 1200 it can barely reach 5-watts on both 2m and 70cm [Tx] . Why is that ? 🤷♂ so confused by that.
I have the same meter... The meter has a 10w puck in it so the meter reading half like in the video would be 5w. If it had a 5w puck it would be maxed out.
I see this thing listed as 20W on ebay as of May 2021. That's interesting given the battery and I presume false. Anyone know if this could be an upgraded version?
Yup another dumb unboxing, literally..Obviously he didn't take any time what so ever to familiarise him self with the radio before testing.. Yup he could of paused the video after he umboxed it ..

So are they good? I bought one 30db.I don't have idea of RF, I want to test FPV 5.8 antennas, I got a RF power meter 8ghz, 2w dummy load, and a 6ghz and a directional couple HP Narda 6ghz. Thanks by the video, for me they look good,

I bought the armor 3wt. The walkie-talkie does not work. Six months after the phone fingerprint scanner failed. The camera quality is not that great. The battery is good. Customer service with the company very bad. They were very unwilling to help fix the walkie-talkie. I don't recommend to buy one.
