Tried this on a schlage sc1 w some soda can metal cut in narrow strip but can't seem to get the metal strip to slide in. Tried real careful but no luck.
This is a great video, but the one I bought has keys inside the box but no code for it, LMAO, however, the pick isn't going to fit on the sides of the numbers to get in because the gap is really tight. The only way is to use a piece of paper, I guess. Already tried a few piece of paper but no luck back at it, I guess LMAO
Soo. Is there a kit youd recommend that combines most kf this sguff or do you just buy all your tools separately? I know in combo sets theres a chance that some will be fakes.
Can somebody please post a link on a good clear lock to buy like he is using in the video to follow along with? Im very visual learner and dont want to buy the wrong one. I was given a southord set as a gift but dont know what dummy lock to buy to follow along
@helpfullockpicker I randomly bought an acrylic lock off of Huckberry for a puzzle. I bought it for a stocking stuffer for myself. I’m on the phone a lot and I got it out. Unfortunately, it would just open when I used some of the tools and picked around unskilled. Next, I found your videos and became very interested. Just bought the Sparrow Tuxedo set and I’ve opened 2 of the 3 so far. Looking forward to your content. Thank you!

I like your videos, One thing all vids. forget to show is that when you do raking of a lock, the fact of which way the rake goes in the lock meaning is there right way to put the rake in the lock.
That video was very helpful. I am a realtor and I forgot the code I used to put the lock on the door handle. How can I get the lockbox off the door knob.
I've been attempting to open a Master combination lock with this method for the past 24 hours unsuccessfully. My lock does have a key hole on the back of it, not sure if this is true with all Master Combination locks. Is it potentially a different version and this method is incompatible?
(2024) This video taught me about wafer locks and different styles of picks. I was recently at Def Con and the lockpicking village ran out of the set I wanted. A co worker gave me all his spare picks, With this video I was able to pick a gun lock that I no longer have the key to. So my first picked lock was a double sided wafer lock. Thanks
There is a trick pin in armored locks. How can I know it and open the lock because it is very difficult, knowing that the number of pins is only 5. Sometimes I open it, but it is a coincidence. Is it possible for you to explain it to me? Many thanks.
