Dude literally butchered his build this game. Makes no sense. Eclipse has no role in there. Edge of Night has some excused, but getting flatout merc threads and Maw would have way better. Cleaver would also be better than Shojin. I rarely build Shojin on Pantheon nowadays. It has terrible win rate on him. Game would have been so much easier with right items. Dude would ult enemy team and get stuck CCed for 5 seconds. Kinda troll.
The Cut Down rune makes absolutely no sense in this game. No one is getting higher HP than Pantheon, specially since he built 2 hp items. Rune got no value at all
If I remember correctly, it got changed to do the increased damage to anyone over 50% hp. Part of riot buffing tanks, along with the slight BORK nerfs and LDR nerf
@@lobobanguela6349 yeah that’s the only silver lining is it’s much more viable now. Coup is still better for champs like Pantheon because of the synergy with his Q, but it’s still got more usage now
@@codysoutherland5027 Overall, as a Pantheon otp, I do like the idea of using Cut Down now, because since Q already crits at a certain threshold, having a means that help get under that threshold faster will be much better.
@@lobobanguela6349 I get you. I’m a OTP too, but I supposed I’ve always felt that his Empowered W is normally enough to get them down below 50%, if I’m building burst. With the new changes to his kit, building HP is super viable for bruiser builds in which case that would probably be the better rune as you’ll need it against some of the Top lane juggernauts. I hate going top though so there’s also that LOL
