The lore takes us to the aftermath of the Zweiter Weltkrieg(Kaiserreich), where the Third Internationale, with the Moscow Accord won, at the cost of losing Britain and Ireland to the Entente, which had vanquished Japan beforehand. A three-way cold war ensued, with the Third Internationale peacefully giving in to the Entente in 1979, and the Moscow Accord democratizing in 1992. Most of OTL culture in general is similar to TTL, with China still becoming communist(not syndicalist KMT), and Savinkov becoming TTL's Hitler.
