I want to really encourage Christians out there with some very GOOD NEWS! Especially those who struggle with sins, and are worrying if they are really a Christian. Your worrying completely unnecessary! Please read... Christians are saved by FAITH in Jesus Christ unto everlasting life apart from WORKS of the law. The Bible is very clear. Jesus said this.... Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. John 5:24 KJV Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: and whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this? John 11:25-26 KJV Everlasting means FOREVER. Than means that no matter how badly you screw up your life by your sins, you can NEVER lose your salvation! We can NEVER lose our salvation because of our sins, because Jesus paid for ALL of our sins. The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. John 1:29 KJV We recieve the GIFT of salvation when we believe on Jesus, His death, burial, and resurrection from the dead for the forgiveness of sins. God's Word is true. And if we don't take Jesus at His Word, then we are calling Jesus a liar. So we must believe what Jesus said, because God can not lie, and Jesus is God. We can not be saved or "JUSTIFIED" by the "works of the law". Again, let's go to the Bible... Knowing that a man is not *justified* by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. Galatians 2:16 KJV *JUSTIFIED* means being declared NOT GUILTY in God's court. The important question is, what are 'works of the law"? Its basically trying to save yourself by being a good person, repentance from sins, and being obedient. There are MANY MANY false gospels and false prophets out there teaching that sinners must repent of their sins and be obedient as necessary conditions for salvation, but these are false gospels of works salvation that are not found in the Bible. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM THESE FALSE PROPHETS. Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Matthew 7:15-16a KJV Instead, believe God's clear Word! I will show you how repentance from sins [and obedience] are "works of the law"..... Question: How do you repent of the sin of stealing? Answer: You follow commandment of THE LAW that says, THOU SHALL NOT STEAL. Do you see how repentance from your sins is foĺlowing the law? Obedience is also keeping the law and following man made rules. Therefore we can not be saved by trying to be a good person, by doing more and trying harder. That is a yoke of bondage to WORKS. And your works can not save sinners, but only damn sinners to Hell. It says this in the Bible... By the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. Galatians 2:16 KJV Jesus made salvation so simple that sinners only need to believe on Jesus to be saved. Many Jews during Jesus' day were laboring under the the yoke of slavery to the law in order to save themselves by their works. Sadly, many people who profess to be Christians today are not Christians at all, because they are trying to save themselves by their works. Jesus wants you to be liberated from this yoke of slavery to the law. He doesn't want you to worry about whether you are saved or not. He only wants you to believe in Him to be saved. Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden [by the yoke of slavery to the law], and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you [by faith in Him] and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls [rest from the burden of obedience to the law]. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Matthew 11:28-30 KJV However, I want to make something very clear. We are SAVED unto everlasting life by faith in Jesus Christ, but we are SANCTIFIED by our works. So what i am saying is that Christians SHOULD repent of their sins and be obedient AS CHRISTIANS, that is the process of sanctification. But repentance from sins and obedience can not save you. Only faith in Jesus Christ can save you. Or put another way, we get saved FIRST by faith in Jesus Christ, THEN we clean up our life and follow Jesus. Another thing that is very important to understand. I say this because there are so many Christians who are wondering if they are saved. That's because they are looking at their WORKS. Christians ought NEVER look at their WORKS, their sins, their behaviors, or their fruits, wondering if they are really a Christian. Our FAITH in Jesus Christ is the only testimony that we need that we are saved. Looking at our sins, our bad behavior, our lack of zeal for God, and our moral failures to keep God's laws will only lead to great anxiety and despair, and our mental health will decline, because we can NEVER know if we are doing enough "Christian things" to prove that we are saved. The Gospel is black and white, either we believe on Jesus Christ or we don't. False gospels are riddled with gray areas and you can never know if you are saved. Lets go to the Bible to see where it says that your faith in Jesus is the only testimony you need that you are saved. Please read God's Word... If we receive the witness of men [People telling you to look at your works to prove that you are saved], the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son. He that BELIEVITH on the Son of God HATH THE WITNESS IN HIMSELF: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. 1 John 5:9-12 KJV When you believe on Jesus Christ to save you apart from your works to save you, then you HAVE THE SON. If you don't believe on Jesus Christ apart from your works to save you then YOU DO NOT HAVE THE SON. You are an unbeliever who is still in your sins. As a Christian, NEVER trust in your feelings to falsely inform you if you are saved. Your feelings are SUBJECTIVE and will likely be wrong. Instead, focus on what is OBJECTIVE. The death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and the faith that you have in Jesus. If you believe on Jesus then you are saved and you can know this with 100% certainty. One more thing. When you believe on Jesus Christ to save you, then the sins that you commit, whether intentional or accidental, can NEVER seperate you from the love of God. He will NEVER distance Himself from you because of your sins. His love to you is PERFECT, because YOU accepted the perfect record of Jesus, His sinless life, by faith in Him. Your sins will NEVER create any distance between you and God. Its in the Bible, please read.. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39 KJV I just wanted to share the Good News of the Gospel to any who are not yet Christian and to those who have Anxiety and doubts whether they are really saved. If you are not a Christian, then you can become a Christian RIGHT NOW, by believing on Jesus Christ unto everlasting life, and you NEVER have to worry if you are saved because your faith in Jesus is the only testimony that you need. I personally have every study bible available on the market. There are no what you may call poor or so-bad don't ever buy study bible's out there. I believe the ESV translation is the best translation out there. The notes are the most comprehensive and accurate I have seen. The beautiful reconstruction of the major temples and geographic structures are amazing. And the scholarship here is second to none. When you have Dr. Wayne Grudem as the General Editor, and Dr. J.I. Packer as the Theology Editor, you have the best. With over 200 charts, and over 200 maps, this Study Bible has it all.
🦃 an old fashioned Thanksgiving is one of those great and wonderful movies for the whole family to watch. All so it's one of those type of movies that we will never forget about or never get enough of either. They need to start showing this on regular tv.
What a lie ! I searched for pictures of text pages of this so called "Jewish" study bible and pages with "Mark" and "Matthew" came up in Hebrew. I want a Jewish study bible with the Tanakh only and maybe the deuterocanonical books ! Don't call it Jewish when it in fact is Christian !!!
