I've had the Vline2 in my Chrysler Pacifica for a year and by and large it is working well. However it does suffer from occasional glitches that look similar to the lines you showed in a previous video. So I have some isssues but not nearly as bad as you're experiencing. Additionally, I'll say that I've gotten good response for after sales support. I believe it is a heat issue. A tech acknowledged that the unit gets hot. Mine gets too hot to touch. I've ordered stick on cooling fins (not from Grom) that I'm going to try to see if it helps. I also am going to look into attaching an on/off power switch because when it acts up while driving there's no way to do anything unless one stops the car, turns off the car, and opens the door to power the unit down. I'd like to switch it off in effect to power cycle the unit. I recently upgraded to Android 12 on my unit so I hope that helps. I agree, it is a sweet system when it's working and mine does most of the time but Grom needs to get these problems resolved if they want us to recommend it unreservedly to others.

I have always been Samsung and the S22 ultra let me down so much especially this GPS issue it's not been resolved since I got the phone they kept saying updates will resolve it which is absolute bs. For a top spec phone you pay 1k+ you'd expect this to be working! I've also got issues with the phone not being recognised by my laptop or any other machine I tried everything changed settings changed cables with original cables but nothing can't back up my data Samsung turn around and said you need to back it up otherwise you will lose it as we format the device! Now I'm out of warranty it's shocking!

I can confirm I have that issue on my s10+ and now I am using my old S8 and the same issue happens. I have tried better battery settings, and other configurations, it seems to reset fine after setting the airplane mode for a second but it may struggle again. I have gotten lost multiple times. Made go around in circles, being taken to cross major rivers without bridges, etc. It happens with any map app like waze or maps, uber, etc
I ordered for hubby's birthday and the item arrived used, the box was ripped, oil marks and fingerprint marks all over. No form of packaging. In fact, only the main unit thing was in its place, others were just shoved in the box. The three-blade one was swapped with the clipper. no nose thing included. Still waiting to hear from them.
I just received my order. Like yours, mine had finger prints on it and the accessories were in the wrong box slots, box was dirty and half falling apart. Looks like it was a returned item and they sent it to me under the pretences that it was a brand new product, really shoddy professionalism.
Hi Thank you for posting this video, it clearly shows the same issue i am facing. And for me the conclusion is easy. It is a samsung thing. I used to have pixel worked as a charm. My wife uses an iphone and when we switch in the car to her navigation there is no problem at all. So i am moving back to google pixel now.
That option is there but at the time of this video I hadn't figured out how to access setting for the right thumb stick. Funny thing though, even when I learnt how to do this, I found the precision of using touch screen for the right stick was actually better for me and I played better for it.
I am having the same problem with my Note 20. But it only started recently. I have had this phone for 1.5 yrs. My Samsung A73 seems to be ok though. So strange
