Nice Calvin 😂 should I send you all my kits so you can shake them complete? I’ll pay $10/each plus S&H. You should be able to make $1k/hr at this pace!
GREAT Video and build Calvin. I have a few of those gt40's and with your defuser to add to it....I think it will be a cool build. Where did you get the Carbon fiber decals?
it inspired me to get one and build myself, thanks for the video. always loved this car and the martini painting. do you remember which silver spray paint you used for the interior? cheers! :)
This is amazing craftsmanship but I do it to why do all of us modelers go straight for the wheels and tires before body is done lol 😂 I'm picking but damn this is beautiful work and thanks so we can build it now with help of a master I know this might sound crazzy and unhealthy and messy and to extreme but when I'm simulAtting break dust on my 1/12 scale builds I go out to my shop grab pair of old racing break pads rub on concrete to get real break dust and actually win best in show few years back on a 1/12 scale Daytona 24 hour winning car build from 2010 winner
Thank you. It's a challenge kit. It's almost impossible to get the doors and engine cover to fit. I always work on the wheels and tires while I let other parts dry or cure. I never have a particular time I work on wheels and tires.
Awesome! Glad you got the parts fast. I wouldn't get nervous as I'm always here to help. First thing you must do is clean your parts with tire bleach, then clean any flashing, scuff the parts with a scuff pad and or high grit sand paper so the Tamiya grey surface primer has a surface it can grab onto.
Thank you. If you have any questions let me know. Its just a matter of test fitting, super gluing, and applying apoxie sculpt to the gaps. Just extra prep work, than normal.
@@Indy1977TX I'm very surprised 😮 isn't that how it goes, I hardly put any effort into this video and it gets more views in 12 hrs than everything else that I knocked myself out over. Lol 😂
I know I am a bit late to the party, but I really enjoyed watching this as it shows what quality you can achieve with a standard kit without detail up parts. Nice one.
