Such a great reminder. I have slacken off in setting goals this year and have fallen off the bandwagon, gained 8 pounds etc. My life and body are still great but could be better and i feel aimless, so i am going back to setting goals including getting back to my ideal weight, and daily to do tasks.

i’ve been binging your channel for a bit and i wanted to say how grateful i am for these videos. since i was 14, i have never left the house without a full face of makeup. i’m almost 18 and i’m finally beginning to find beauty and solace in my natural face. i’ve also found that this perspective has seeped into my relationship with my body and disposition :). i definitely want to try going six months without makeup soon, it’s such a radical statement in a world so obsessed with pursuing the same appearance. once again, thank you, and i hope you continue to make these videos 🤍

Honestly like once a month! I wear them a bunch of times before washing. I don’t really have BO tho. And I’ve never washed my nice clothing much. It’s not like a t-shirt where you need to wash it each time.
I like your video but I am not sure about this. I think food getting more expensive and not being able to buy a house is a bigger problem then if I buy a new book or new shoes once a year 😅.
Interesting concept. However, struggling with how object likes mugs or workout clothes or house clothes fit in here and how they spark joy, don’t we just need some things that are neither here or there or must every single item spark joy? I have so many things that are just ok only because they’re practical items
