Hello, my name is Rahul, I enjoy building scale model kits.
I love to Document my scale model builds on this channel! Most of my builds are standard builds with the parts that come out of the box to make it easy for viewers to follow along with me.
One of your best videos till date. !!! @IndianScaleModeler Remember people will always tell you THIS is missing, that is broken and THIS is not realistic. They are fuckin RIVET COUNTERS.....they will never build a model, let alone shoot the process and upload it. Its easier to pin point errors, but tough to build a model and enjoy while doing it! Keep doing what you are doing and ignore the rest. Hope you get more loyal subscribers for the wonderful content you create. love from Germany!
Thanks Ronnie for your kind words. No worries, I learn from my mistakes. That's what modeling is about isn't it - build each one better than previous. 🤟🏻
I tried - using a stretched sprue, cutting MiG-21's spare antenna, but would have looked really bad and was sceptical of damaging the nose tip as well. Also, I was waiting for another Su-30 SM kit to arrive, which is now still stuck at Customs. Finally after waiting for weeks decided to ditch it altogether 😕
Such a nice kit, and very good to see scale modeling in India. I always hope it will take off to encourage companies to make kits of intersting Indian technology like Arjun, Vijayanta, Tejas and Prachand. They are such cool subjects and sadly ignored by model companies.
I just got this kit the other day, this has inspired me to do an Indian paint scheme on it. So much more engaging than the flat Russian green, I love Soviet/Russian armour, but their paint schemes are always so boring.
Thst was a truly excellent build and paint job on the Indian T-90, looking forward to more of your builds, you have yourself another subscriber, bext regards from Australia
Corsair is my favourite aeroplane from childhood so I really like your build. Have you ever considered any form of weathering? I like to use dry pastels for this, it gives nice effects.
In the end, a nice model, despite the small inaccuracies in the assembly, such as the wing roots, the hanging flap on one wing or the yet somewhat crude antenna cable. Please do not misunderstand, but I believe that honest criticism makes us better every day. So by all means keep it up!
Thank you for your kind feedback. It is comments like these that help me to get better with each build. I appreciate the honest criticism and take it up constructively. Yes, for that funny antenna I had decided to chuck it out altogether, but then decided to keep it! ☺️
Thank you. I have used Daler Rowney, bought on Amazon.in as a varnish for few of my earlier builds. Even the 3M car dashboard polish works nicely for bigger planes, but a bit tricky to apply for Armor.
