You have formats in Magic. That you want to ask if a specific card compares to a format. So Stifle in Standard is poor and yet it isnt printed into Modern cause it would be too good.
Sam is my favorita hobbit, although some portray him as too attached to Frodo, for me he is bravery and loyalty when you choose to follow a path with someone.
Had no idea, only read the Shamans profile ahead of Month 2 - do need to try more magic for sure, but got plenty of months left yet and even a few tournaments coming up!
Hi, love your video! I’d like to build a deck around raichu. Before I set them up with flaaffy to resource energy. I can’t find the same strategy jet with the cards in new rotation. Love to use raichu again. Do you have an idea? Thanks in advance, Remy
My favorite pokemon is Grovyle, I would love to build a deck around his evolution chain. I would greatly appreciate any recommendations that you may have. Thanks!!
That was very helpful. Thanks! I'm playing Mtg so it's much more easy to understand but Pokemon is still a very different game. I'll try to build around Lycanroc or Boltund ig.
I have 2nd edition + widows walk expansion and the stand alone player card upgrade expansion which is even better than the 2nd edition character cards (instead of clips they have wheels built into the character cards) it’s my favorite game! I don’t mind the excessive amount of tokens because I came up with a great way to store and organize them! I bought one of those weekly medication planner containers? 14 compartments for AM/PM is PERFECT, then you label them and it makes it so easy. If you’re unsure whether or not to buy the game? Just do it! Don’t listen to anyone who says it’s too complicated for beginners either, it’s absolutely fantastic for people looking to get into more complex board games. It seems complicated at first but once you understand the basics (move, discover room, draw card shown on room tile) and start playing? It’s very intuitive and the cards tell you what you need to do and any special rules related to the haunt are always laid out in the traitors time/secrets of survival.
Today I bought my first elite trainer box and I came across Greninja Ex and I would like to build a deck with it. I was still thinking about Ogerpon being around the waist. Thank you in advance for your help
The dead are a funny army to face, you either have an easy way to beat them or you don't. Low courage armies are of course pretty screwed, but with movement and objective scenarios you should be able to get it done. Tie up aragon with a model a turn, wait for the ghosts to charge, call a move and attempt some wraps for the traps.
Yeah I definitely had a chance, think below average courage rolls and maybe poor placement early and just couldn’t get it done! If the game ended a turn before it did might have got away with the middle objective too and swung it! Great game though, some big moments, and a ton of fun on a beautiful board!
Il trying to build an electric/metal deck, i have it with megnezone ex, regileky vmax, genesect gx and drampa ex; but i dont know wich synergyes i can do, and if i need to add other v, gx, ex or stuff like that
Aww man totaly missed you had a channel sorry. I think legion might be my next big project. Gonna go for clones I think but also tempted to wait for new starter sets
All good man haha just a whole host of random tabletop stuff! It’s a great game, love how it plays - hopefully they do something like those May the 4th bundles again!
Hey, Thank you for the video. I just started playing with my partner and a couple of my friends. Where could I find info about formats and what's banned and what's not. We have a bunch of EX starter decks cause they were available at Walgreens and are no looking at understanding the game at deeper levels. I come from Magic the Gathering and so am used to rotations and what not but I can't seem to find info on what Pokemon's Standard and Eternal formats. Any help Would be appreciated.
3 more questions: 1. Lett's say a player doesn't draw 2 basics in the first turn, he draws only 1, does he mulligan or he places one basic upside down? 2. If one player mulligans, all the other players draw a card? 3. Can the second player activate trainer cards and attack or the forth player should do this, since in the 1v1 format the second player gets to attack and activate trainers? My ideea would be to have 2 starting basics in play as partner commanders so we skip all the shuffling and mulligan hustle in the first turn. Thank you very much for your attention, i'm having a blast with my nephews.
I actually really like your idea of taking two basics out to get started - that sounds like it saves a lot of time and some people not setting up etc! Everyone draw a mulligan, and in the version we played player 2 could use supporters!
I'm not a heroclix player, but I still picked this up. I'm a fan of the FF and Galactus as well. I even got the Haslab. It's a beautiful statue. I managed to get a Fin Fang Foom (the green version) from eBay for a steal, since it had a damaged base, and they look great next to each other. The unmasked head is actually great with the energy coming from his eyes. The time I saw him like this in the comics was in the Infinity Saga when Thanos blasted his helmet off.
Where are the official rules for this? The rulebook linked in the description for alternate format rules doesn't list 4-player rules, only rules for a 2v2 team format that uses lanes and looks nothing like the rules that were described here where you can play 2 energy cards and have 2 stadiums in play.
Hello, I don't know if you'll see this comment tbh or if anyone would lol 😅 but my favorite pokemon is meloetta and i really want to build a good deck for her, but I don't know what to use to be honest, anything will help please.
I mainly play yugioh but I recently got a tote full of Pokémon cards from a friend so I thought that I might as well learn how to play it too. Is Sawk, Scrafty, and Lucario a viable starting point for deck building? I’m looking to do a fighting/dark type deck, or should I stick to single type decks until I get the hang of playing it first?
