I tried to do the arabian and I landed on my face and busted my upper and lower lip, and scraped my face in three spots🤦♂️I need to practice more so I can get it🤣
im trying this for months and i still keep landing on my ass you can see a video of me doing that trick its my last video just give me some tips pls man
i cant get my mind around the twisting motion, sometimes i dont even start twisting at all because i dont know what im doing really... this method will probably help me out really much and im definitely learning it that way...
this is exactly the way i learned my backfull, i can do arabian and barani so i combined them together then its backfull :) only problem with my backfull is im afraid to jump higher and after jump starting to spin but i spin too early right on take off so it does not look that good. same thing with arabian too. but i also have landed backflip 180 different way that i start spinning later right before landing. :p (im twisting to left btw)
No it's really not necessary at all. This method of learning is really bad and a lot harder than other ways. I would recommend putting some foam or a mattress down on the trampoline and sending a layout back and working you mind until your ready to punch a cross and start the spin
PKFreak 2001 Reliance Parkway Euless, TX. Come chceck it out! open gym Sundays at 5 pm ($10), parkour class starts at 4 on the dot ($10 on its own or $5 if you're doing open gym as well). Today we're working weird roll variations! Should be fun!
One of the best and most helpful tutorials and I will ever watch will be one that helps free runners transfer their moves from a padded place (Like a gym) to a not padded place (Like grass/playground).
Hey, I was thinking of joining you on Saturday at the park. I haven't done parkour for some years now, so I want to start over. I know a lot of the basic vaults, however my body is not that fit at the moment.
I don't know what makes this video different from the other gainer tutorials... Maybe its the fact that I know bull or something, but this tutorial has actually got me to learn the gainer so thanks
