I work for tkmaxx, after the 6 digits number, the 1 means that its the original, the 2 means that it was made for tk maxx, 7 is stock bought 1 yr before, so basically last yr stock. Online they have way more designer brand, like gucci, versace, etc
I put this recipe into chronometer: 380kcal each 20.5g of fat 44g of carbohydrate 15.8g of sugar And only 11g of protein Its only 11% protein by calories, and it has more sugar than protein. It's fine to eat a recipe like this for breakfast, and complex carbohydrates like those in oats and unsaturated fats like those in peanut butter are perfectly fine and good for you. But this isn't by any stretch of the imagination a high protein recipe. Dietary labels mean something, they're not just buzzwords. High protein means either >20% by calories or >15% by weight, and this is 8.7% by weight.
Thanks for the info but the “high protein”wasn’t the point of the video, 11% protein is a nice amount from whole foods with no meat and no supplements, this is an easy budget recipe for people who want an un-processed breakfast with clean ingredients
How would the pink tax apply to baby products and what are the time they're not the exact same product that's why they have a price difference and who really cares what colour product you buy
Budget breakfast includes chia seeds, strawberry , a feather from a peacock's ass, eel caviar, a camel's Adam's apple and we'll wash it down with high-mountain tea, which is collected by virgin nuns high in the mountains.
Good, insightful video. Too many people do the exact opposite of what you've advised. Some people say that the ability to pay electronically for everything allows easy overspending as you don't see the physical money. Even though many apps supposedly show you your spend. On takeaways, some people live on them - 10 or so a week, and they're not wealthy people. The same people who do this often complain about being 'skint'.
Thank you! 🙏🏼 Yes paying electronically is definitely an issue for people! They just have to be more aware of what they’re doing and maybe even just use cash to control spending
38 quid in Aldi will get you a trolley load, not a basket. And what you bought for a ‘weeks shop’, would last me about a day and a half. And I’d still be hungry!
Me with lipsticks from a Maybelline (it's expensive where I'm from) to a Dior eyeshadow set (gift when I was a Child) both motivate me to get to where I want to go (career and personal) even when times are down
i fully agree! cheaper sometimes means lower quality so i'd rather buy the real product that's better quality and lasts longer. dupe culture is starting to feel more like buying crappy knock-offs rather than a good cheaper option. this especially goes for clothes!
