I remember watching this when it came out and decided to re-watch it today. I absolutely loved the little twist with the headphones not plugged in and Matt forgiving his killer. They should have done a second series as they had the cliffhanger of what happened to the teacher. This show was a great reflection of my teenage years and it still brings back great memories.
Really great acting and the movie was interesting, but i don't get why they show it's possible to control monster instincts in here and then make it seem impossible to control sexual passions in the movie. You can't have one thing right and then get another thing wrong, that's not living a good life.
Usually producers rnciurage leading actors to apprar together and take photos as a couple it is part of the promotion of the film i know as I worked ss an assistant to the producer in Greece for foreign films and i was told thiss what they usually do
I wish they would have included Becoming Human on one of the Being Human Blu Ray sets as a bonus feature and also the original unaired Being Human pilot with Guy Flannigan as Mitchell, Russell Tovey as George and Andrea Riseborough as Annie
Right being human UK is my favorite TV series of all time and I remember like being 15 and first getting into the show and I’m like it brings back memories
@@seeb8057 I get it definitely it’s very nostalgic. It’s hard to believe the TV series has been over for 11 years and that promos like almost 15 years old.
How does Nina really not see the world breaking implications of a vampire being investigated and arrested? She's not that bright. It's her fault they kept what's his face who stabbed her as alive
Ok, so 46 years old in 2011 = 1965 birth. So 16 in 1981. But all his references, well, Johnny Ball is OK, but Hale and Pace and half the others are all late-80s. Which is fine, he was in his 20s then, but if he picks up culture in his 20s, why has he stopped in his 30s and 40s? Why doesn't he know any modern things? I understand "it's a joke" but it doesn't make sense. If he, too, has the interests and mind of a teenager, he'd watch MTV or whatever and know about current things. Either way, if he's stuck mentally in the time he was 16, then his memories are all off by 10 years, or if he's present-day, his references are all off by 20 years. Sure you get out of touch with youth culture as you get older (thank god, cos it's garbage), but he's supposed to be stuck as eternally 16. Worse than Purgatory. Just... why's he so out of touch? What has he been DOING all that time? Also he's a bit of a twat, but yeah... that's the joke. And being a twat was sort-of a thing back in 2011 or so. Lots of deliberate or otherwise twats back then in pop culture. Dunno if that's changed much, haven't bothered watching telly in years. I used to think bragging about not watching TV was some sort of lame middle-class thing, but actually I just can't be arsed. It's utter rubbish, shite. So I just watch Simpsons downloads, a few films, and mess about on the Internet. But anyway Being Human was a great series back then, so thought I'd come watch this again. 240p resolution! Oh, 2011!
oh i agree, he's not like that anymore, last i've seen of this side of him was before 2016. now he's all serious and boring, no interviews apart from short written pieces, no cheekyness, he's lost this glimmer in his eyes. idk why, maybe it's just getting old, he was still in his 20's here.
@@im_so_bored3896 yes he became dull and during his interviews by trying to appear serious and straight he lost this adorable smile and his beard covering his face does not help o sorry for him as I believe he is a stunning actor and a charismatic person what happened to him
@@taniaramaki5142 ikr? like, something must have happened to him! you see it in some interviews from after 2016 there's this sadness and desire to not be there doing the press thing. like he seamed to be over it, and maybe disappointed. and the beard....oof. don't get me started on that taliban Rasputin monstrosity. i hope he gets roles that force him to shave bc that beard on such a good looking manly face is just so wrong. i think he said he is not confident in his lower face one time, which is the reason some dudes grow beards, or it is bc of the anonymity it gives him idk but it needs to go. idk him, but from what i can tell smth happen to him that dulled his joy and spark. hope he is in a better place now but from the recent interviews i read he still seemed kinda aloof.
@@im_so_bored3896 I do not understand what happened to him of course he had to portray different personalities and.managed perfectly.well but all of a . sudden. interviews.we.seea plain.man where is his bewitching smile his charming way of laughing I keep.pm.wonderinh what happened .to. home is such a great actor jr had proved it. I hope he goes back to his charismatic self and recover his beautiful.featutes
