This is complete rubbish - Where are the figures showcasing the costs of each stage? This is not theory - show figures for clarity. How you expect anyone to call you when you are hiding the costs of materials and the cost of each stage completion?
@@diamondbells3493 We aren’t hiding any cost of materials, we didn’t use a specific building as a case study hence the estimated figure, again we understand that cost of building materials would certainly be different based on your location hence the estimated figure. While yur advise is good, it's vague. I think you guys will do well to state an estimate of number of rods and estimate of bgs of cement or blocks etc that will help more than just mentioning lump sums. Because the price of things in your area may be different from another area. Thank you
