Thank you for your easily understood tutorial. It helps quite a lot for anyone struggling with the basics of foils. It’s good that you share your experience with others and help us avoid any problems that you have troubleshot for us.
Have you ever tried to transfer foil on glass. I am trying to do a multi media glass painting and I want to use the foil for effect. Do the same rules apply for glass as for nails?
I have never tried anything like that, but I don't see why it shouldn't work. The only think is that glass is pretty smoothe and the foil gel may have a hard time sticking to it. If it's not working, perhaps try buffing the glass surface lightly to give the foil gel something to grip to, but of course do a test run before trying on the real thing! I'm so curious about this, if you try it let me know how it goes! ❤️
I would love to see you experimenting with the foils and stamping for sure. I am going to try doing the stamping and any tips you can share would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for sharing.
Hi there, I have not done this technique as of yet but you are right about using black polish to make the chrome vibrant. I have created nail sets using chrome (in a different way) and it's so much fun. The black nails came out really nice, Thanks for sharing!
The nail shape template is for creative designs. I wish you would have went over the card before guessing cause now I’m curious on what the items are really for.
So some stampers does pick up well and buffing it or using double sided tape to prep the stamper does comes in handy…I thought the same thing at first until I actually tried the buffing and find that it works better when you buff some stampers
This is the most accurate how to nail stamp video I have seen and you explained it perfectly. May I add, that sometimes, scraping the image in a different direction can give a more crisp image. I prefer the gentle roll method, gives me a better pick up. I also don't know why the jelly stamper are buffed 🤔Tape or lint roller should be the only thing used IMO. Nice stamping plates! I really liked the gradient flowers and the plaid design.
@@jovelettesherwood2087 unfortunately I don't have any experience with regular nail polish and foils. I actually haven't owned or used regular nail polish in almost 4 years
Hi there, Thankyou so much for this video. I have been doing nails for many years now but have never been able to master this technique - until NOW! I am blown away, every nail tip I tried using your process has worked perfectly! Thankyou again Xx
Suggest getting a bigger dotting tool. They are meant to dot, not necessarily smear around. Also, use a different color for the center.. using white just makes the dots look misshapen. Sometimes black is a good choice.
I get you. I am the exact same way. I have been wanting to start a youtube channel but i just don't know where to start. Let me know how you started. Love watching your videos. Keep up the good work.❤
@@shelliealarid2172 honestly, I just started. I posted a few shorts that I already had done for my Instagram and then I just kept going. I didn't even have much of a plan, I just thought "what the heck, let me post" and I just did. I started in march, so I'm still a newbie but so far I'm loving it! Just do it!
@@watermelonlemonadenails 🙏😁👏👏 thank you thank you I’m happy to be here. I did find the website that sells some of the products here in your video and I was really happy to know that they have a lot of Hema free products! So I’ve got me a bunch on order.😁❤️👍
So I just seen a video from Daily Charme and they said to wipe your foil gel with alcohol after curing.. i tried this and got perfect transfers every time ❤
You gave a very good explanation ~ love the nails you do put in your videos. Please just relax, enjoy your craft and remember you don't 'owe' us anything. Keep up the great work!
