Found a full set of vinyl records for these concertos. Have always loved the classics, even though I listen to mainly juice wrld and xxxtentacion I feel I enjoy the melody. I realized I've never listened to these and I'm really glad I did. The emotion put into these works are incredible
It has just started to rain. In the distance I hear thunder. Immediately I think of Satie and his Gnossiennes - and here I am. They seem the most perfect accompaniment to slowly falling rain, which softly hits my window pane... and from my window I watch as I listen, and all that I can see is gradually bathed in grey.
Serene, peaceful, angelic, otherworldly, these are but a few words I would use to describe these compositions. I have listened to a lot of piano music, but none hit me with the same level of pure beauty and bliss that these compositions do. Debussy knew how to create music so serene you could fall asleep to, but so powerful you want to listen to every note played. I hope those of you who have found this video get as much happiness and bliss from this music as I do.
I had the first song as my second movement in a marching band show! I still miss it sometimes, I can still remember all the moves on swing silk to this song.

I love to listen to Debussy whilst I do my morning chores. I wish this loop wasn't sooo short. For two hours of Debussy's brilliance, I would think there would be more than just a selected few to listen to. Thank goodness other YT channels do feature more songs.
