I might be imagining it, but I swear that the battle in the background gets more intense as soon as the Hammer Down transmission says there's 2 minutes left
Don't know if this is weird or not, but I do enjoy sleeping to this. Reminds me of growing up, and enjoying the games. Bring back memories of the days where I was excited for new games, movies, and just the next day in general. Plus, the superb job the devs did to establish and epic, yet realistic scenario of Washington under siege
0:00 NOW GET YOUR SQUAD MOVING ON THE LEFT FLANK !! GO !!! 5:51 90 SECONDS !! WE GOTTA PUSH THROUGH !!! 6:17 ONE MINUTE ! GO GO GO !! 6:47 30 SECONDS ! We gotta get to the roof now. GO GO !! 7:17 CLEAR UP !! LET'S GO !!
I believe big companies love to waste big opportunities and badass characters sometimes. BUT, i think they will add Shadow Company as a playable faction in the Reboot universe of Modern Warfare, with MW 2 (2022) .
Age restricted...? Why the fuck...? This is just a fictional game, Stop being so sensitive... Please. The internet is seriously being overcensored nowadays when it comes to fictional works, Don't be apart of the problem, Be apart of the solution.
Dude, the young generations can't or don't want to difference their sexual gender or other behavior to gain attention now, you think kids will differ reality from fiction? Not anymore, not in this modern times where an algorithm decides what you will have to watch during the day. I'm trying to make this content establishing filters so it can't reach kids. Don't want to normalize chaos and war to younger generations.
@@AlekAEMCRaven Dunno man my generation could use a good run through the military to harden them the fuck up, I could get behind a Starship Troopers style of Military Junta.
@@Halcyon_gamesShut up dude💀 Most stupid shit I’ve heard all day. Not even gonna touch the fact you missed the satire in ST. Fucking crazy thing to say.
That's afirmative, Mr. Z3RØ . He's the voice of Overlord for MW2. In MW3 Overlord (or the main General in the coms) had a different voice actor, he wasn't bad at all but, you kinda miss Mr. Morshower.
I remember when I first heard Shepherd announcing to shadow company that he will bombard the site with them still inside. That was forshadowed in the first mission, when Shepherd orders an air strike on a building that is danger close, a soldier nearby says "Since when did Shepherd care about danger close?".
One of the few things that made modern warfare 2 so damn special was the dialog, the military call radio chatters, overlord, when you played modern warfare 3 it was nothing like this everything just seemed rushed and more about just sounding okay and dramatic instead of authentic and putting heart into it, I don't know that's just my opinion
Modern Warfare 3 was made in rush just to finish the trilogy and to gain money ending a great franchise. I hated it so much because as you said: The didn't put heart into it. Modern Warfare 1 and 2 were like good composed music, it will prevail and age very well, and MW3 was industralized pop music (it's all the same sound).
The No Russian mission and the mission in Brazil set the tone for me on this game, after finally getting through Wolverines, of their own accord and seeing DC was a warezone and than finally getting passed whiskey hotel..it finally hit me that we are all witnessing one of the greatest games ever made
I agree, I live in Brazil and favela takedown/hornets nest are my favorite missions. It occurs at the community of Pavão Pavãozinho in Rio de Janeiro, the map is quite realistic. It shows really well the dynamics of combat in the favela. Every day till this day people are playing Call of Duty in real life there.
"So, when are we going to moscow?" That line is never relatable than ever now. Albeit yes the russian soldiers in Ukraine are invading under the pretext of an exercise, I guess the real question is, "so, when are gonna put a bullet in putin's head?"
what can you say even worths are not enough they have no end about all the history of golden age😑 spartans athens olimpics kreta alexander achilleus and so much more a big odyssey!!
I just now noticed that you can hear one transmission saying that civilians are taking up arms to help defend the evac site. Would have been cool to see that in-game. In real life, untrained civilians would likely add to confusion, and would be used for duties such a stretcher-bearers and such, or simply sniping at enemies from various places behind their lines to delay and cause confusion.
It was a cool script to follow the storytelling line in this game story. In real life, and because of common sense, everyone who has the strenght and discipline could and must grab weapons to defend their homeland from a foreign attack.
Would love to comply, sir. But i deleted the editable file i made long time ago. Maybe when i have time i will extract the files once again and recreate this audio without the music.
Heard the beat drop at 9:16 and immediately knew shit was REALLY about to hit the fan. The tonal shift was perfectly matched by the radio operator as well. I honestly don't think it was the same guy anymore, as the voice changes a bit too much even if heart-pounding panic is factored in (note that he starts calling the evac site "Whiskey Mike" instead of "Washington Monument"). Poor fella was probably a grunt who had to take over the original op's position for lack of anyone else available. A very subtle touch that adds volumes to the horror.
