I make $26.50 an hour as a diesel technician. The dealership I work for charges $210 an hour for general repairs 😳 sure they provide the building and the work but I still gotta pay for health insurance for a family, buy my own tools ($30k+), and try to afford this economy that is trying its best to squeeze everything it can out of the middle class.
That's not true. The system that the employer has built to sell the employees service, is called added value. If you do the exact same thing for your self rather than the employer, you probably won't get paid jack... At least not until you build the systems needed (added value). That's one under educated professor.
The employer has also taken on all the risk of his time and capital in hopes of beating the 80% odds that the business will fail in order for someone to be able to just show up and do their job knowing he will pay them before he pays himself every week. Sounds fair to me!

let me explain to you that are ignorant when you have a high credit line such as I do and I have many.... if you ever have someone sit to your house and I am and you simply say you didn't order them 99% of the time they're going to recharge that right back to the company all you have to do is explain to them that someone else must have gotten ahold of your credit card information.... you obviously can't do this all the time and if you're a poor person with horrible credit it's probably not going to work..... what was my credit my credit card companies.... and when I wait online to speak to representative the answer quickly while others have to wait a long time that has a lot to do with my high credit line the algorithms to see that and they treat me nicer. and of course I also have a few business cards when I don't even own a business😂

This seems like common sense to me!! It’s when my employer is buying multi mega yachts and mansions and I can’t afford to live on the 20 dollars an hour to pay my rent and have a car to get to that job is when I don’t feel like this is working out
So if I’m paid $20 an hour should I only do $21 of work? What if I made them $100 that day? Should they pay me more? Where’s the line? I want to know my time is worth what I’m putting in so I only put in as much as I’m getting.
