I have an issue with this because, as a Christian instructor, my ethics are not based on the Constitution but on the Word, which instructs me to have ethics that include loving God above all else, love neighbor as self, abide by the Fruits of the Spirit, and be of servitude as my faith is base on following the lead of Jesus who did the same. In order to teach in the public school, I would be forced to "lay religion aside," and yet, it is where my ethics come from. Additionally, I have the freedom of religion in government entities, and the school is a government entity. This means I should be able to teach a curriculum that shows ALL sides of understanding, not a one-sided view dictated by the government.

Folks keep on saying this Violated Federal law or some kind of measure of obey federal nonsense. Can anyone SPECIFICALLY cite the the Federal law that was violated. What is its US Code number? Example: 18 US Code §2383 You cannot claim a Federal law was violated without citing the specific law that was violated.
What is the Specific Law name the code prohibiting the taking of Photos or videos at National Cemeteries. You cannot simply claim out of the ether that doing such a act violates federal law and not cite the specific law. Also even if there were such a law it would violate the First Amendment protections of Free speech.
