I swear skirt dumplings look so easy online, but when I try it it's so hard. I also saw on some cooking shows where chefs that specialize in East Asian cooking (so you can imagine they make dumplings daily) also sometimes break the skirt.
Really crispy but theres better ways to render deep into the fat and not just a thin top layer. 10/10 on the crisp level but the amount of fat not rendered is criminal
Add lemon zest they said. Add lemon juice they said. Now I'm eating lemon pasta hoping a seafood protein appears in my kitchen 😂😂😂 I will now have to wait until tomorrow to enjoy this with some shrimp or salmon. BE CAREFUL. I've also never juiced AND zested before. Never zested in my life. So I prob went crazy on it lol so go light if you wanna taste anything else you put into the fucking dish
My meal is taco eggs, which I’m almost sure has been done before. You just fry an egg, put some onions, hot sauce, cheese, and whatever seasoning you want, and let the cheese melt. It’s not really that crazy but still tastes good
I feel like this could help a lot of people get motivation to cook for themselves. Just convince yourself you are a super special private chef for someone
