Horrible Nm of torque and horrible hill climber. Why would they do this to a 750 watt motor. I don't even know how they accomplished making a 750 watt motor UNDERPERFORM like they did!
We see your point, but for a commuter, it does the job pretty nicely. And as for riding steep inclines, it's not bad at all in our experience. Now, you won't go mountain biking with this bike obviously.
I am not certain it was the Black Diamond Gridlock Belay Screwgate, but a device looking exactly like this was tested until failure. Not surprisingly, the small keeper failed first, not requiring much by way of KN. The problem are the potential shards or edges left being that could accelerate wear on other gear. The crew at @HowNOT2 performed the tests. Seems like that's all they do.
I own the Wave 2 in extremely HOT AND HUMID Florida summer tent camping. ⛺️ ; get 2 extra detachable batteries, and 1 power station. I use the VTOMAN FLASH 1500. GAME CHANGER!!!
@@goOutdoorZone the solar charging is not really needed once you have 2 detachable batteries plus VTOMAN 3000kwh power station; unless you plan on being off grid for more than a week without access to any conventional AC charging.
Thanks for the review, it was super helpful seeing how all the parts function together. You mentioned that the fan blade is made of rubber... but it is also exposed, so is it a soft fan blade. Asking out of concern for child-safety or if fingers will get injured if they touch the fan blade when it is spinning?
Well, glad you asked. It does hurt if you touch the fan blades accidentally. But compared to plastic (and of course, steel) these blades are much much safe.
I have the original campstove and have purchased 2 for friends and relatives.. As a field technician this is a clutch device for me! I on occasion arrive at sites before they're open and can't eat breakfast really early before heading out. I grab some easily cookable food and I'm out the door. Had mines for over a decade, and I'm taking her with me today to a tailgate as we visit a friend in a rehabilitation center. *The phone charging capabilities are nice and I also purchased a solar panel, and portable power brick with mine for when cooking outdoors all day.: Biotetbermal storage in the power brick for later in the evening is a plus. "This is the way!"
I have not tried the others so not saying anything against them. But I have had 2 of the Roxant Grip scopes for over 10 years and I would not be without one or two. I use them every week for going to the river and looking at barges, boats etc and spotting deer in a field I have, watch squirrels in yard out a window. Great to take on vacation trips also.
Awesome cooler!! Like that it has rubber tires instead of plastic molded tire. Like the beverage tank, and the built in bottle opener. Seven days of ice is something you don't hear of often in other manufactures of similar style coolers.
A very fair unbiased review. I have one, only tested it once and found all true. However 4:30 mins to boil? how much water? a single cup full I guess 🤔 I filled the optional kettle up and it took me over 25 mins! Granted it was my first time using it and I think with more time and better understanding I could reduce that time quite a bit but 4:30 mins, maybe for a single cup of tea? Yes it does smoke initially and uses wood quickly on higher fan settings and can be noisy but so can a gas burner. I think people are put off on first use because they expect similar to a gas stove, this is a wood burner and requires attention and patience to learn what works best. Yes it is not light, especially with optional extras, definitely not a lightweight back pack stove! Great for longer term camping, no need for multiple gas canisters. Also great as a mini home BBQ for a singleton likeyself. 🙂 Battery size sucks and a replaceable one would have been good (increase battery = increased weight), however it is adequate to get some charge to your phone or camping lights etc. I'm glad I have it for emergency back up at home and occasional camping stays. I got mine and the optional extras all separately in sperate sales, I doubt I would have purchased had they been full price.
Configured mine the same way,: Separate and on sale although the stove portion and solar were purchased together. *Solar panel having dual purpose for my phone back then, not so much now with these new drain game phones. My only complaint is that it doesn't have a cover you can purchase like a charcoal burning oven. 🧐🤨🤔.... Might have to just make one at this point.
Unfortunately e-trikes at $6,000 and above are way out of most people's price range. Even a good e-bike is $2500 or more and a pretty penny for most people.
We already gave their link in the description. Can you place order from Amazon US? If not, you can see their contact information on that amazon page and see if they can ship it to Australia.
