I just feel like if we keep on and on and on about race, schism, slavery, etc., and keep celebrating slavery and things, such as that that future generations will never ever be able to overcome it. Shame on you blackish.
Look just going on the black names thing that Dre brought up, I’m a father of 3 (two daughters and a son) and my kids aren’t who they are because of their names, they’re who they are because that’s who they are. I mean sure they pick up habits from me and their mom because yes I’m Black and yes their mom is White, but I do my best to educate them on their heritage and my wife is very supportive of that. Love the show though and my family thinks it’s funny❤️

I’m white, and my family is white. We all think this is hilarious and not “racist towards white people”. Personally the scene where they make fun of people who treat their dogs like their children (bows white family side comes for Easter, that episode) was a hilarious callout 💀💀💀

I mean, people need to laugh too. There is a time to grieve, a time to rage, and a time to laugh, there has to be for us humans, regardless of what problems we face. Changes are happening and will continue to do so. The violence and hateful bigots of today are only this loud because they're losing. History shows up time and time again the bigots raise up at the end of their reign and go down battling violently. But they always do go down. Remember that.
That's terrifying. When people bring their human blood sacrifice up as if it's a moral, good, just or happy event. It's virtually identical to people who sacrificed people to volcano gods and shit in the past. As with them, you come here with zero evidence of the claim you are making. A 2000 year old overly translated/re-rewritten book based on scrolls, based on oral histories and usurping other belief systems, full of contradictions and antiquated 'morals' is not evidence of anything other than humans made that book and filled it with things they thought about morality (like slavery is good according to the bible, even Jesus came back thinking slaves should continue to obey their masters in the New Testament, women are bad and should obey men and be quiet, etc, - By the way with a name like Cynthia, it means you are disobeying your bible by daring to preach about anything as a woman. Only men can, according to the bible. You should also cover your heard in church as a woman, obey your man, pop out babies, never divorce even if he beats you, etc. This is your morals from your bible if you bother to read it. I'm not talking about bible study classes, I'm talking about REALLY read it, pay attention to what it's saying. The claims it makes are just that, same as the claim you are making.
