I'm 30 and I began to have hard time concentrating on anything. Every video I watch, every book I read or listen - I need to revisit it immediately 2-5-10 times, until I cover all the distractions I have to suffer. I blame it on the gadgets, because when I was a pupil (no good phones or internet) i was studying easily! Now I feel so lost in the world of too much information not being able to follow. Having OCD and on adhd medicines but the adhd reports are negative.Cognition is weak....problem is about some unresolved issues in a stuck state...need clarity about their understanding and resolution.Which meditation will serve me??Basic problem is lack of clarity about some feelings and emotions ...as in what to accept??

I liked your talk. However, why west is not considering to give her Nobel peace Prize, inspite of knowing what she had already done and what she is going to do in future. For west Malal Yusufzai is great enough to be awarded Nobel Peace Prize. Mother Teresa Got the same inspite of her efforts to convert populace to Christianity, although, she had done some good work. Here Amma (means ,Mother, same as Mother Teresa) is not considered fit for the same.
