She managed to fulfill her dream of going to the moon, but she had already achieved that when David became her moon. In the last scenes you can see that her eyes have dark circles, which means deep sadness, maybe this trip to the moon could be after a few months and she is still sad about everything that happened, I mean who wouldn't be after losing someone that you loved most. These details make me cry every time I think about how well this story was written.
The prevalence of women going around topless in this show seems kinda realistic, though. 50 years from now, we probably will have that degree of equality, and the people of the 2070s might view our current attitude towards exposed boobs the same way we view the attitude the people of the 1800s had towards exposed ankles.
