Ultra Elites aren't supposed to be a sniper class so I think you should take away the focus rifle spawns. In Reach, Ultras use plasma repeaters, needle rifles, concussion rifles, and energy swords. It might make the challange a little easier to not get lazered from across the map. Btw, never use a needle rifle against them. Not because it's a bad weapin. But their AI sees the needler and needle rife as an explosive weapon, so they'll evade it way more and use armor lock.
I love Halo CE, and i love the Flood. They’re absurd, hilarious and janky as all hell. The Library is my favorite level and i slap at it. I also love the extreme violence of game 1 with its explosions and chain reactions, they’re satisfying and unmatched. So this video was a TREAT 😂
For Halo ODST but all the enemies are ODSTs you could replace all phantoms with pelicans, ghosts with mongooses, choppers and prowlers with warthogs/rockethogs, banshees with hornets, and wraiths with scorpions. So it's just Halo ODST but you're fighting the insurrection lol Maybe hunters could be like spartans, or tanky odsts with recharging energy shields or something? Dunno if that's possible or within the scope
I realized recently that honestly the elites are probably why I never replay Halo Reach. They're just overtuned, and way too common, sort of like Promethean knights (though I'd still take Halo Reach elites over Halo 4's knights any day lmao)
I like how this is basically how you have to play halo 2 legendary anyways (for the most part). The shitty balancing just forces you to basically play sniper elite

Honestly I’d like to see Halo 3 ODST but every enemy is a suicide Grunt. I feel that would be the right balance between chaotic and fun without being tedious. Also we haven’t seen one of these kind of mods for Halo 3 ODST yet.
