You can apply for the moment with scan picture of passport so later if they ask you can provide but normally they don’t ask, only you need to provide when you submit your file physically

Yes you need to take appointment from Lithuania embassy in turkey and give them your PCC for double legalization and before that must attested from you relevant embassy and then submit In turkey, embassy of lithuania

I need help to get UAE PCC legalized from UAE consulate riga latvia. No issue, atleast you must have 1 year insurance, if you have 2 years, then might u get trp for 2 years so it’s fine if you provided them at least one year
