Okay first of all I wish I'd found you a long time ago because you make this super fun! Second, and I apologize if somebody's already mentioned it, but I've never seen someone make buttercream with the whisk attachment only the paddle. Do you find it gives you more air bubbles? I hate the paddle I love the whisk! Secondly, I see that you are using the Walmart brand of powdered sugar which is not pure cane. I was told that I had to use pure cane which of course is more expensive!! Have you ever had a problem using the beet sugar? I'm going to try your recipe today, because it's a hell of a lot more fun and cheaper than what I've been attempting that isn't working! Keep rocking it girl!
Question. I made this and all I tasted was the shorting and it was so greasy. I added salt I added 2 sticks of butter and extra vanilla and butter flavoring. They taste was not great. What can you recommend! I just bought the 50 block of Sweetex to do this but I did a trial run w Walmart shortening. Help!?!
First, I do like this recipes ingredients, however I want to watch and learn the recipe but your talking about so many different things that your going off about that it's difficult to just follow the recipe. WAY TO MUCH GOING ON AN NOT FOCUSING ON THE RECIPE STEPS ALONE. I UNDERSTAND YOUR EXCITED ANS SO AM TO MAKE THIS FROSTING IM JUST OVERWHELMED AT THE MOMENT. THANKS FOR THE INGREDIENT RECIPE

I I thought I was going to be in big trouble because I use the airbrush in the 80s in the 90s on nails because I’m a nail tech so you’re a cake baker and I am nail tech and I use my Aircon for everything people don’t use them anymore I was cleaning it and I couldn’t figure out how to get the one of the pieces in and you had your video, so thank you so much for posting this video I have to subscribe and I have put for notifications for all, so thank you and I hope you have a lovely day

Jalena, IF you see this since you did the video in 2019, today is September 7, 2022...I've never seen a video so explicit and although I've been doing cakes for years, I never could figure out how to make ganache to dip my eclairs in so I presume, this will do it...THANK YOU SO MUCH>!
