I don't believe this AI channel. She would be long delapidated and dead if she ate like that regularly. This is most probably one of those channels paid for by corrupt agri- chemical companies to promote their "foods" in the mix !!! 😂😂
It's NOT Betty's words or diet... Fake channel sponsored by yet another agri-chemical "food" company to promote their poisons. If Betty really ate like that regularly in this day and age, she'd be long gone. Channel owner (who doesn't have the nerve to show their face) won't dare let Betty speak... 😂😂😂
This is baddest dude in the world if u ask me at 83 he's bright as ever, energized more than anyone I've ever seen at the age of 83 and unbelievably limber and moves like a 40 yr old
Thanks so much for sharing a bit about your personal experience. Happy to hear about your good health. We appreciate you watching and commenting. Take care!
Dr. Michael Greger has written a number of great books, his best being "How not to Die," which I believe was really supposed to be a tongue in cheek sort of title to get people to pick it up off the shelf, as we all know, none of us are getting out of here alive. At least not with current knowledge. Anyways, in that book, which he dedicated to his grandma, he goes on to tell the world that he became a doctor, because of his grandmother. Not because she died early in life, but because at 65, she was sent home to die in a wheelchair. Terminal heart disease. Crushing chest pains. Multiple bypass surgeries left main stream doctors no choice. But grandma watched the show "60 Minutes." She saw an episode about Nathan Pritikin, an early lifestyle medicine pioneer, who had been helping people reverse terminal heart disease. She became one of his first patients. She was placed on a plant based diet and then started on a graded exercise regimen. They wheeled her in, and she walked out. This is an exeprt from Pritikin's biography, "Pritikin: The man who healed America's heart" : "Frances Greger, arrived in Santa Barbara at one of Pritikin's early sessions in a wheelchair. Mrs. Greger had heart disease, angina, and claudication; her condition was so bad she could no longer walk without great pain in her chest and legs. Within three weeks, though, she was not only out of her wheelchair but was walking ten miles a day." Frances Greger lived another 31 years after that lifestyle change. She should have died at 65. She lived to 96. So yes, genes do play a part. An extremely large part. For the rest of us, there is hope. In the form of a lifestyle change. I'm 63. Run 10k every other day. I have a car, but I choose to run, because of the endurance and well being benefits. No pain. No drugs. Hydrate well. Still eat the occaisonal bag of chips. No dairy. No meat. Vegan 90% of the time, with a little bit of butter thrown into my croissants or popcorn. A bit of cheese in some pastry, but otherwise salads (the tasty kind), pastas, plant based food (stay away from highly processed foods). SO much to choose from! Life is a blessing. I try not to forget that. As well as being grateful every day, for everything that I have. Including what little bit of knowledge I've picked up along the way, to spread it to others.
How do you pick a favourite moment from this great man's great life and great careers? Life on Earth changed and enriched my life. So did Monty python's flying circus, which wouldn't have been anything without Sir Sir David Attenborough. And yes, I wrote Sir twice because that's another of this legend's legendary achievements.
He's a stunning tribute to society. A living legend. He has transformed our connection to the Natural world, and has kept the conversation relevant and present for decades. He's a true gift. Thank you so much for watching, commenting and appreciating.💖
Could be ok. As long as the basic nutrients are preserved and there's nothing dangerous leaching from the can, it should be fine. Thanks for watching and commenting.
I am sure his dietary and exercise regimens and genes are big part of his longevity but having a wife 45 years younger may enter into the picture also. After all, paraphrasing the late Grouch Marx, a man is only as old as the woman he kisses.
LOL! That's a great quote from Groucho! And definitely, sometimes you have to call it as it is. Having a wife 45 years younger is almost certainly part of his recipe for longevity.😉

This is pretty much what I eat, no red meat and no meat, zip zero, and no highly processed food as a meal, only as some snack. I rarely eat ice cream and prefer a fresh French bakery right out of the oven. I eat a lot of fish, fruits mostly an array of berries and vegetables, and some dairy such as yogurt, egg, and some cheese. I use soy milk in all my organic or natural cereals and drinks. No alcohol or smoking.
Sounds like a really nice menu. We're glad you've found something that works well for you! Thanks so much for sharing with us. We appreciate you watching and commenting.
I don't think I can want to live without eating red meat. It was an addiction of mine since early childhood, especially Lamb Chops, Rib Steaks, Petcha, Flanken, ECT.
That's ok! To each their own. There's no ONE diet that is right for every single person on this planet. If red meat works well for you and is not negatively impacting your health, then there is no reason to change. Thanks so much for taking the time to watch and comment. We appreciate you!
He's a Sagittarius, like me ! I admire his uptoneness (enthusiasm). That is so uplifting. I want to be more like him in my emotional life; it's a work in progress, although I can make people laugh. Aarre Peltomaa
Glad you feel inspired by DVD's lifestyle and mindset. That's what we hope to accomplish in sharing these videos. And that's great that you can make people laugh. What a gift to give to others. Thank you so much for taking the time to watch and comment.
Nope! We do not utilize any AI on this channel. She's a real person and an amazingly enthusiastic voiceover artist. But perhaps she's not for everyone. We appreciate you giving the video a try. Take care.
@@David-mj3mr God gives everyone free will to love him or not! So each person has the choice to live everlasting and love God or follow satan and go up in smoke for ever and ever
@@archiesellers6044 Yeah, to think that there is someone like satan around, that God apparently created, that is in charge of evil, is a little bit much to stomach. Be they a carnivore or omnivore. I suggest that you read "Conversations with God" and get a grip on who God really is for all of us.
