Pennzoil Ultra Platinum cant be beat *overall* in every test out there ..& much more easily available than Redline..or even Amsoil (good but overrated). 💯 🇺🇸
if anyone going to ise this prepare to get AT-205 as ceratec is abrasive for rubber…talking about like valve steam seal. first after use u will feel engine performs very well..and late u will find wet spark plugs with oil. when u notice oil consumption check spark plugs for oil on threads. and the u have to get at-205 and it works. have tested my self after five days driving with at-205 in oil all 4 soark plugs bone dry. so your call lads.
Don’t believe all the hype on motor oils. Pretty bottles logos and endorsements . Clean oil is best oil. RU-vid: Conventional oil vs synthetic a lab owner sets us straight. You think taxis use the best expensive oils think again.
Look up on RU-vid. What New York taxis use for motor oil. I know guys that used regular conventional oil changed it when needed and had over 300,000 miles. One friend’s Chevy van had almost 350,000 miles but bought new only because the tranny developed problems. I change my oil and filter when I can’t see my oil dip stick oil level lines through the oil. Almost sixty years doing it this way and never ever had an engine problem. Google Irv Gordon and his Volvo. Very interesting story.
Taxi cab companies use oil recommended by the vehicle manufacturers they utilize . Period. Vehicles run near continuously which is best for any engine! Rode in Ford Escape Hybrid AWD in NYC had 400k mis. 💯
Used it in 2.4L Suzuki Grand Vitara / Escudo with 130k kms and I was amazed. The perfect combination was the LiquiMoly 10w30 with Molygen and the Ceratec. This car has a fat ass weight and in highways felt as a quick as cheetah, loved it 🎉
If i say right, Liquimoly say do dont put additive on Molygen because is already additived and if you put something inside it's make interference with the composition
@@Craig-l2l both are very expensive oils. Irv Gordan had over 3,000,000 miles on his Volvo. He used Castro’s GTX and I don’t think it was full synthetic he changed it every 3,000 miles or so. I know guys used conventional oil with over 350,000 on there motors. Clean oil is best oil. Look at the numbers and letters on Redline and Amsoil. Same as Walmart Super Tech oil. If it’s API approved you have great oil that has passed all the vigorous testing. Our government is up the ass of these oil blenders. Emissions air pollution climate change BS. You can’t get a bad oil. I can do three oil changes with Walmart compared to one with Amsoil or Redline. The filter catches dirt but the oil gets acids carbon gasoline and other crap in it. Again best oil is clean oil.
Motul 8100 Power 5w40 API SP is very good real synthethic PAO based oil with high hths, compatible with gpf/dpf and has additive package with LSPI protection One of the best oils right now for engines which are used for really fast driving / engines that are high temperature demanding / thermall stressing for oil
Unfortunately this cSt viscosity @100c doesn't match another analysis, that had it at 10.29. This is not impressive. Redline has the Molyb beat, by a lot.
could you do an analysis for the red one from amsoil please, so we can see the difference between LV and V specifications, i guess that would be a great idea
Pls do lab assay on Mobil Super 10W40 with Friction Fighter API SP. Bought 8 litres but on the label did not state that it met OEM specification like for VW or MB 299.3. Just stated it is suitable for most Japanese or Korean engines. Thanks.
Keep up your good work!. BTW just bought the latest Mobil Super 10W40 API SP with Friction Fighter!. But later found out it does not state if met MB299.1 or MB299.3 or VW or BMW or any other OEM spec. 🤔🤔🤔🤔 😮. Thanks
Well done my friend,en inglés va a ayudar mucho para recibir experiencias de gente en habla inglesa Yo sobre todo como propietario de un Honda se que en USA existe mucha experiencia con ésta marca y sus modelos Cuvic en particular la novena generación
is this a fake AI voice of the "Motor Oil Geek"? He says if your oil needs an additive, there is a problem with your oil. Additive can harm your oil & harm your engine too!
Nice to see an oil analysis, but Redline, Shaeffers and Valvoline Restore and Protect have double the Molyb. So if it's price high, Redline is better, but if it's priced low, then it's a great deal.
Hi, I like your channel, even original version with English subtitles is quite OK. I have a question regarding oil recommendation for my Honda which I am looking for answer long time, maybe you can help. I have Honda Jazz, 2018, 1.5 NO turbo, 96Kw, 132PS. There was two version in 2018 of same engine, same car, one with GPF and other without GPF. User manual recommends 0W20, same oil for both cars if original oil is used namely: Honda Genuine Oil Type 2.0 0W-20. But, when it comes to alternative recommendation fro user manual: For 1.5 with GPF is ACEA C2 recommended For 1,5 without GPF is ACEA A5/B5 recommended Question is how come they use same oil(Honda type 2.0 0W-20) but if you go for alternative, for my engine (without GPF) C2 oil is not recomended? Problem is if I want to stay with 0W20 there is NO such OIL 0W-20 ACEA A5/B5 and for my car only A5?B5 is recommended as alternative. My car is used as daily driver, short distances mostly, 1-5 km, light driving Am I better with 0W-30 A5/B5 like LQ.M Special Tec V 0W30 which even have A7/B7 and maybe add Ceratec for more Molybdenum or to stick with Hondas original oil but I think for that money there are beter oils like Amsoil Specific 0W30, or Ravenol FES 0W30, or Shell or any other brand name as Honda is asking 15Euro per liter where I live(Croatia) and for that money I can get any oil per liter...
Ciao ....metti Tranquillamente il BARDAHL. XTA polarplus 5W-30 Fuel. Economy. ACEA C2-A5-B5. è da 12 anni che lo uso sulla Jazz ..e va Benissimo!!! Lavoro sulle HONDA da ben 35 anni e ho fatto tantissime prove. Un Saluto😊
thank you for the engliah version of the channel please test the new formula mannol ceramo and ester.. they change the formula a little bit..and bardahl oil additive B1
