Hello, and yes natural color is a 1b… if your hair is darker ,you can dye them a darker black to blend. I have a ponytail from this company ,and I dyed it jet black. It’s still in good condition.. ❤️
First set I ordered was amazing. I recently ordered 3b3c trash!!!!!!!! It’s not full human it’s synthetic blend! There was an immediate smell when I opened the package tried to co wash hoping it would go away 1 month later it still smells! It’s matted dry no matter what product I try to put in once the hair dries it will matt. Also shedding like a dog when I detangle. I paid 300 they offered me a 20% refund! I just filed a dispute with my bank🤞🏾
I think you need experience with curly hair to be satisfied with this hair. Curly hair naturally tangles & gets dry. You have to keep this hair moisturized and stretched. Even if you sleep with it in a ponytail & it gets matted .. you can still detangle with water and conditioner and reuse it.
I believe the girl in the video with kind of money for clip ins they should not shed if its 100% human hair to girl in the video thank you and those comments shut up
I am on my 4th set in 6 years. I love these, you have to care for them like they’re your real hair though. I wash, detangle, condition, dyed, Bantu knots, twist outs ponytail etc.
@@imParisthoee I did Afro kinky curly 20” every time. The only time I buy new bundles is when they get too thin. This hair is high maintenance but so is natural hair. I condition the bundles once a week like I do my own. Ive never slept in them either.
@@imParisthoee I have not blow dried them because I like the curl pattern but I have done bantu knots, braid outs, and even brushed the curls out a bit for a bigger look but no heat.
Honesty sounds like you damaged the hair by dying them out with shampoos and product. Human hair should be treated like human hair and not loaded down with product or it will break and shed. Wearing them everyday isn't healthy for your hair either. Best to get a sewing or weave if you need the style to last.
I bought two sets of hair extensions ftom them a month ago, and they are already matted and shedding. Curly extensions need more TLC, but should NOT tangle and shed excessively.
I purchased the new seamless clip ins in April /May and the actual clip ins are great and looks great at first, but the hair texture (light yaki) was awful. It continuously tangled whilst wearing.
Hi guys. I’ve used Better Length and it tangled in three weeks. I disputed my purchase through PayPal and got a full refund. I’m tired of people treating us as if we are stupid. Trust me. They don’t send us what they send the influencers. I’m so over it.
I complained about the quality of the product. I took pictures. Make sure to always use your credit card even through PayPal. You can always dispute things. Not just these items but any big purchases. Sorry for late response. Good luck
She not lying at all… yes the hair is beautiful but it gets tangled up when u have to wash it it will shed every wash. They aren’t to use on a regular. Idk if adding oil will make difference but i remember lightly wrapping it around my ponytail and it tangled EASY
😡😡😡😡😡😡😡I ordered the 4c bundles from this company and all i have to say is this company sucks and their hair is definitely not 100% human hair. Not hating on chev just sharing my experience shopping at BetterLength. Hair sheds like a dog, mattes into clumps, balls up at the root and I paid $400 dollars for it! Customer service pretty much glossed over my dissatisfaction and wanted to give me $65 dollars off IF I PLACED ANOTHER ORDER!The audacity was serious🤨. They also sent me the wrong length for my longest bundle and tried to hide it by taking the identification sticker off the packaging for that particular bundle and charged me for the more expensive bundle, which wasn’t what I received!Money wasted! Don’t recommend them at all. Other companies I was looking into are Curls Curls and Ruka Hair(black owned btw). Curls Curls also has the same product line up for cheaper aswell!!!Honestly, you could probably save your money and get the same effect from the sensational natural hair clip ins.
I totally agree with you, it’s sad how we wasted our money and they don’t want to give refunds for their bad quality hair. The only way I see it getting better, if we all share our bad experiences and maybe they’ll upgrade their quality, and start refunding us .
I agree 100% I’ve bought these clip in a few times hoping for better results each time. I even followed the instructions they provided in their pamphlet. But the shedding is out of this world. Terrible quality. So I unfortunately will not be purchasing again, I have been disappointed each time. So I will not suggest buying these clip ins at all.

Huh??!!😭 omg that’s terrible!! I just ordered my clipins a few weeks ago, arrived in 3 days and the experience and quality has been nothing but amazing for me !🥲 not a lot of shedding, good amount of density and it’s so full and natural looking. I ordered the afro kinky curly texture too, and it’s within my budget aswell knowing I spent well over $600 dollars in TOTAL for weave and wigs! Maybe you were unknowingly given a bad batch ☹️
