Lord Jesus, please protect Pastor Ed, thank you for your anointed one, who has submitted to you, keep his heart humble and thankful to be your follower.
I am in awe of your preaching truth! We have to stop allowing society to define our truth and what we believe in our religious freedom. This is a biblical conversation that must be had. Listening from Ohio and I am so grateful for pastor Ed that can preach the truth without fear or intimidation of others. This is my faith and my truth.

THANK YOU! It’s so refreshing to listen to a pastor who is bold and unapologetic speaking truth! I vote first based on prolife next on who supports Israel. All the other issues you mentioned also come to into the decision as well.
Voting is an act of putting faith in humanity. Christ calls us to put our faith in God. Christ calls us to love our enemies, love our neighbors as ourselves, and to soften our hearts to his love, mercy, and wisdom. Politics and elections are modern day secular idols. As a Church you can provide the support a mother needs to choose life over having an abortion. You do not need to vote for Republicans or pro-life political candidates to save children from abortions. You do not need politics to help mothers in need of Christ's guidance. You do not need politics or political candidates because as we all know too well in reading the Bible, the majority of humanity rejects God and our times are no different. Democracies, Theocracies, Monarchies, Dictatorships etc. are all Anti-Christs. The only vote that matters is how we vote to live, a life in Christ, or a life without Christ. That is the only vote that Christ preached about, our individual right to choose life or to choose death, all other elections are a "chasing after the wind."
The Lord uses humanity as a means to accomplish His purposes. Whether it's through preaching the Word, feeding the needy, laws and legislation that uphold Truth and justice...we should absolutely understand this season with its due weight and responsibility knowing that Jesus is King, and no candidate will save us; and this King is blessed and pleased with uprightness.
The Bible and NOT Politics* Jesus did not prevent John the Baptist from being beheaded, nor did Jesus free the slaves, free women, stop domestic violence, end war, end poverty, bring equality amongst all of humanity, nor did Jesus even prevent his own wrongful conviction and murder. The Bible is not a political text nor was it intended or designed to be political. Politics is concerned with humanity’s hedonistic pleasure while the Bible is concerned with God’s divine pleasure. The Bible is to be understood through Christ's life and teachings. Our Christ-based focus should be on changing our hearts and following our divine purpose. Christ calls our attention on our spiritual life and to not focus on our worldly well-being. No matter how we vote, we will get it wrong election after election after election, because every election is an act of putting our faith in another person and not in God. God works everywhere, through everyone and everything, but no person, no politician, no political theory or system is the solution to healing the ailments of human society. God's work is focused on the individual, not politics, not governments, not countries, but the individual. Jesus rejected politics and did not concern himself with how politics exercises control over our bodies. Jesus surrendered his body to the temporal authority, but committed his spirit to the eternal authority.
Cobalt is becoming redundant in electric cars, there are already many electric cars that use LFP batteries instead which are more efficient and the first ev battery, made by CATL, and soon by others, with a million mile warranty (that doesn't mean it can go that far between charges!) is in production. So the cobalt argument is irrelevant but the life killing, home killing, business killing, dictatorship endorsing support of the oil industry is alive. As for abortion there is no party that requires a woman to have an abortion, but there is a party that endorses a lying, misogynist, racist, who sidles up to the world's dictators and would sell out a democratic country, Ukraine, fighting for survival against four such dictatorships, Russia, Iran, North Korea, and China, on day one and threatens the use of the military against his opponents, within the USA. I love Pastor Ed but our Christian responsibility for other people does not end at our border, whatever country we live in.
Christ didn't preach politics, or strive for any specific political outcomes, he preached on the transformation of our hearts and to speak God's truth without concern for politics or political outcomes.
