Thank you! ❤ their pups are super important to them, so we had to include them. The little one on the right crossed the 🌈 bridge last year, but she was there in spirit ❤
Art’s value is in the eye of the beholder… and in the hands of the artist. If my price seems like a ‘wtf’ moment, it’s because passion and skill don’t come cheap! 😊👩🎨
this is amazing! I'd like to do something similar with a tree that was recently cut down in our backyard. Where did you get your hardware for the legs?
@@missmegansstudio3616 Best video yet! I will be sending off for my first order next week thanks to you. Now I can sell my prints with confidence! I worried about selling my prints and them fading, and I knew I needed archival paper but where to start? Your video was fantastic and clear to see. Thank you- take care of yourself.
Thank you! You totally can <3 I use photo references to help with proportions, and then I paint the shapes in. If you think of the painting as shapes and colors, and less of a painting of a cat or dog it really helps! We all think we know what something looks like, but if we focus on the shapes, colors, and tones then you may have more success. Don't be so hard on yourself when you're practicing, I've had plenty of "bad" paintings. Hope this helps a little. Stay Colorful!
Hello there, I will be using giclee today for my art prints. They are basically quote prints. Mostly are white background with black font writings. And a few has a colourful background. What do you recommend? I notice alot of printable quote shops tend to go with the Archival Matte paper. What do you think would be good ? Most of my clients are people who buy quotes for their offices as my quotes are mostly dedicated for working people - like leadership, teamwork quotes, success quotes and many more. Would appreciate to hear from you. Thanks !
Kreative Doctor Hello! Go with the Archival Matte paper -230 gsm, 9.5 mil: “Smooth, neutral-white, matte paper for high-quality fine art, photo reproduction, and open-edition decor. It supports accurate color reproduction and high-contrast, high-resolution output, and is acid-free for a longer print life with pigment inks.”
Thank you! I'm a GT customer and have been VERY happy with their product! Excellent customer service and the quality is outstanding! My customers are VERY happy, as well! Highly recommend!
I'm trying to get cards made from my art on Vistaprint but cannot figure out how to do it. I am looking all over the site but can't see where you create your own cards. Help? Thanks!
Hi there, I have attached a link at the bottom of this comment to the VistaPrint "Holiday Cards". I used photoshop to design my cards, then saved them as a high-res .png (at least 300 DPI) then imported them into VistaPrint as my own design. *The reason I used the "Holiday Card" product, was because of the special discount advertised at the time I ordered them. There was nothing holiday about my cards when I got them because I uploaded my own design. I hope this helps! Feel free to email me if you need more help. I'm not a VistaPrint rep, but can help point you in the right direction. Although if you do need help VistaPrint's customer service is great! www.vistaprint.com/holiday/christmas-cards?txi=17939&xnid=TopNav_Holiday+Cards_Holiday+2015_All+Products&xnav=TopNav
I have yet to order from them, still researching the best and most effective way to create reproductions that work for me. Best of luck and you're most welcome! Wish I could help more :)
I would recommend Moab Entrada Rag Natural or the Bright White for the heavier card stock or the Studio Watercolor if you'd like texture for pen/ink drawings. Although if you want their professional input, since they know their products best, I'd ask Giclee today for a second opinion too just to be safe! Happy Printing
Thanks for the review, you're a lifesaver. I'm looking to print some of my own cards and you really helped me make a choice (going for the heavy premium white). :)
Dear Eugene, I am so glad that this helped! I will be posting another review of paper stocks from VistaPrint Promo Box as well as samples from www.gicleetoday.com/ if you're interested! Cheers!
