Your videos have come a long way since your early days of filming. Great videography and photography. Really enjoyed it. I was on the edge of my seat watching you get up on that tent. I didn’t think it was that sturdy up there.
@@jeanwest1058 thanks for checking it out. I enjoy making these types of videos the most, but lately I’m swamped with reviews. I can’t wait to get out there this weekend for some peace.
@@AdventureGearTV whaaaat? I’ve been binging your videos because I’m buying a Sienna. What do you own now? Are you still making content on van camping? I really appreciate your videos.
@@AdventureGearTVomg. I had an orange Jeep wrangler and traded it in for my current car a Mazda CX-50. I hated the Jeep. So uncomfortable and loud. I wish you the best of luck with it. I will buy the frame on this video so thank you for sharing. I look forward to seeing the rest of your Sienna camper videos this week.
@@jeanwest1058 good luck and enjoy. Itll be a lot of fun. Here’s my most recent camping video, if you’re interested. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0CRWzbwNMN4.html I’m heading out this weekend for another camping trip.
At our shop we line up the yellow dot with the valve stem all the time. It really doesn't take extra time to do this. As we lube the tire to mount it, we look where the dot is and where the valve stem is and just line them up and mount.
i really want to pick one of these up now. This is a very thorough review and you sir, have convinced me that this is a great power station at the price point! Nothing beats your reviews!
over PANELING is perfectly safe. I routinely use up to 300% over paneling with my Ecoflow devices. I own 7 gen1 Ecoflow devices and have been doing this for years without issue. Over VOLTING is the issue, not over paneling.
@@1FAST91SONOMA you are correct, but I still have to mention the risk. The two panels in series came in at almost 60 volts, so I probably should’ve mentioned that I needed to go parallel. That’s why the meter was in the scene, so I could make sure it had an acceptable voltage.
Bought one six months and kept it charged. We are going to be hit by a hurricane in a few days and the piece of crap is not working. It is now a $899 doorstop and never provided a minute of service. Their customer service is designed to frustrate you so I gave up trying. Never buying one of their horrible products again!
I can’t believe it’s not a bi directional usb c, that’s what made me choose the river 2 over the ac2a and I think I am obsessed with that feature on power stations, especially ones like the Dji 500,that can charge via USB c and yet have inverters capable of cooking.
I was a little surprised not to see it as well. I’m a big fan of USB-C functionality. I’d really like to see some new mini fridges with it instead of the 12v socket.
They should have 2 USB-C ports and 1 USB-A. In 2024 I never seem to have enough USB-C ports. The only time I use USB-A is if I'm charging something with a legacy micro-USB port on it.
This thing is tempting. I have an original EcoFlow River which is still awesome but a little bulky for car camping and having available to charge devices. The lower profile looks perfect.
I am going to use this story and set up my hoarder tendency in my box truck, when the builder finishes it. I won't be afraid and I won't be overwhelmed. She makes it look easy. No preconceived ideas until I take off and live in it for awhile. Great video and will subscribe to her channel.
I have a 2013 Toyota sienna awd, replaced the run flats with regular tires, keep a 12 v air compressor and a tire patch kit in the van along with a spare tire, had to purchase the rim for the spare tire off of eBay but no more expensive short lasting run flats
Good review for a small unit. Eyeballing an Anker 535, but also the f2000. I really want the enphase 5p but that means saving up heaps, I just have solar so I let that idea rest a little. For a portable / back-up unit I guess it comes down on what I want to do with it...An occasional camping trip and filling my closet for when the R's invade the netherlands and the grid goes down. What do you use most? High or low capacity devices?
Important!!! Some of this, like Itech world, have a modified syne wave inverter in it, Do not use the 240v for fridge, electric blanket etc... because it will damage sensitive electronics.
I have the same issue with my 2019 Pilot transmission and change the transmission fluid every 10-15 thousand miles. Some people have switched to a different fluid and claim that fixed the problem.
I bought my harbor freight trailer back in the year of 1997. At the time they did not have the folding trailer. This trailer is listed to carry slightly under 2,000 lbs.The fasteners were not of the best quality but they were okay. I squared and bolted the trailer together using the metal fasteners that came with the trailer itself, and then I after bolting everything together I welded the entire trailer assembly together leaving the metal fasteners in place. I then put a 4'×8'×3/32" steel metal plate/deck on top of the trailer welding that in place and then painting the deck with Rustoleum red paint. This trailer now is bulletproof. I've carried everything imaginable on this trailer. Note I did keep the folding tongue because when the trailer is not in use I store the trailer on its side. I made a system that allows me to store the trailer on wheels allowing it to be stored with a 2' x 8' footprint.
