I don't need all that fancy stuff to tell you the second one is a fake. It doesn't flow, looks forced. When you something over and over it might look a little different do yo different circumstances ( pen, being in a hurry etc. ) but you're signature wouldn't look deliberate. Btw i have no idea how i ended up here.
I really liked the upgrade to the VSC9000 version. Currently I use the VSC6000 version. I would like to see the VSC9000 version evaluating crossing lines in a graphotechnical analysis.
Thank you for the presentation, can ESDA also work with books like Notaries' Collections? Or only with single sheets? Can adhere the film to the page of a book or a large group of sheets?
Yes, the ESDA would also work with books such as notaries collections. It might be tricky to find a good stable position, but it would work. Same with other kind of book and large groups of sheet.
Question!I have a document signed but half of it has a company rubber stamp on it.I lost the case in court because the forensic expertise could not see the full signature.ESDA can read the hidden signature under the stamp?Thank you
It might be possible indeed. The stamp would not affect the ESDA process so you could reveal the signature this way. The use of VSC (Video Spectral Comparators) could also help you to isolate the signature from the stamp. With a bit of luck, the two inks will be chemically different enough to be isolated with fluorescence or infrared reflection.
Hi. Can the crime lite auto visualize fingermarks on substrates that have not been treated? Let's say an exhibit is found at a scene and we would like to scan it for fingermarks before further action is to be taken. Can this product do that?
Hi, Yes and no, it depends on the fingerprint. It's not a replacement for visualising invisible fingerprints e.g. the ones that need treatment. However, if it is a fingerprint on a shiny surface, you can visualise this with the coaxial accessory. It depends on the situation and what substrate the fingermarks are in.
It's not bullcrap. What he's highlighting is that the way in which the individual letters were written is different between the two examples. Essentially, one tends to write letters consistently one way - you wouldn't start writing your L's right to left if you're used to writing them top to bottom; does that explanation make any sense? I find it quite fascinating
But signatures are something that you practice all the time. The lines on the left signature are fast and confident, while the lines on the right look slow and unsure.
