Welcome to Happy Appetite! I'm Deborah, and I'm here to share with you my daily home-cooking Chinese & Asian recipes. An old Chinese saying goes: “Good appetite brings happiness” (食得是福) Hope this channel can help bring some inspo and good appetite to you & your family.
It's super simple. I got 3lba pork ribs, put them in a pot with cold water, wait till boiling and boil for 5 mins. Then rinse the ribs with hot water ( I just use sink hot water) to get rid of scum Put back in the pot, add 3 cups of hot water or chicken stock. I cooked them in the pressure cooker for 20 mins. If not, 1 hour under medium low heat for 1hr. After that, add the cabbage, cook for 20 mins under medium high heat. Add salt for tasting. I made super light so that the boy can eat too. We used 1tsp soy sauce and 1tsp dark vinegar mix as dipping sauce. Soak some rice with the soup, super tasty. We just had it again tonight.
Sorry my bad. I thought your comment is for the day 6 video. Those we had for hot pot are Napa cabbage. This recipe is the round cabbage. Personally this recipe will not that good with Napa cabbage since they are more watery.
