GO to STADLER MADE to learn about different doughs(the canoe/wet one is my fav). I use used bread machine to need my dough in 2 hours....I also bought the mesh screens too(you get 5 or 6 of them) and use parchment paper too form my pizzas, with flour or olive oil. I use it directly in my oven on steel plate(550) or those mesh pizza pan(more than I admit) and then I slip out the parchment paper(which toast up nicely and can be reused sometimes.
NO NO NO too much/thick toppings, slice....now not sure but in a basic oven....FIRST if you cook pizza a lot I recommend buying a USED bread machine just for the dough making(cleaner and easier I have 2 tall ones), and 2nd SCREW their recipe and got to STADLER MADE videos and learn how pizza should be fun(use his Sadler pizza calculator I like the Canoe canto dough..., 3rd you don't need 00 flour, the cost is not ideal, used it and prefer CDN Bread flour. 4th USE PARCHMENT PAPER, it can be used with oil or flour or crumbs/seed on crust no more worries on sticking, after cooking on a store or STEEL the parchment can be removed but I don't(not sure if this will burn in the Ooni). Can also form 4 pizzas and then cook them with ONE PEEL.....Will stick to my OVEN with the steel plate, and my COSORI AIR FRYER OVEN, ----Also if you want burnt crush use a torch....Last do your own thing, try basic cheese and sauce first until you get the crust right, as the bread dough/crust is the key.
As someone who grew up in the gangster rap era in SoCal, I would be cool with remixing all of the classics with funky summertime BBQ beats like this one! This changed the whole vibe of the song for the better, imo. I’ve never heard a gangster rap song that made me miss roller rinks 😂
Thumbs up for the recipe 😮 Thumbs up for the video quality 🎉 Thumbs up for the music ❤ Thumbs up for the perfect loop 😀 Aaaaandddd Thumbs down for not posting the recipe in the description or comments 😢
Beef hotdogs, rolls, parsley, garlic sautéd in a stick of butter. Brush the shit out of everything with the garlic butter and toast the rolls. Add cheese and bacon bits to the hot toasted rolls. Then add the hotdog. Baste everything with the garlic butter again and enjoy before your heart gives out 😅

Place in downtown Gilbert AZ made hot dogs like this. Scored, mesquite smoked and a pile of brisket or pulled pork with BBQ sauce. Best piece of meat I’ve ever had.
@@thebkydpalate the place was called Clay’s, they’re owned by a company called Caldwell barbecue. Caldwell demolished Clay’s to try out a new Tex mex resturuant and it’s good but nothing beats Clay’s.
Ok. I followed this recipe to a T and it was awesome. BUT. It exploded out of every container I used lol. I bought the containers you use. I used your link. I hope you got credit. The dough just rose and rose and rose lol. I think it would rise forever. I couldnt keep it contained! Did I mess something up? Can I prevent the incredible growing this stuff does? Lol. Any advice?
#KindersPartner I’m combining 2 different food categories - pizza and bbq - for some cheesy, flavorful Pulled Pork Roll-Ups using @kindersflavors barbecue sauce. Find the recipe below: • INGREDIENTS: 1 Pork Shoulder (6-8lbs) Mustard as a binder Kinder’s Woodfire Garlic Seasoning Kinder’s Hickory and Brown Sugar Sauce 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese • INSTRUCTIONS: -Preheat smoker/pellet grill to 225F and score the pork shoulder fat side up. Slather on mustard to help bind the seasoning and apply seasoning liberally. -Place on smoker for 8-10 hours or until internal temperature reads 200F. Once it’s reached the desired temperature, remove and allow to rest for at least 30 minutes in a closed container. -Shred beef and prepare roll ups by stretching out a floured 9-10oz pizza dough ball, cutting into 8 slices, and placing pork, cheese, and sauce onto each slice and rolling up like a croissant. -Place in a pizza oven (800-900F) for about 5 minutes or a conventional oven (500-550F) for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. • How many of these are you packing?!
#KindersPartner I’ve teamed up with @kindersflavors to create a savory stack of chuck roast sliders that are packed with such incredible flavor. Great for a small gathering or a dish for the potluck! Easily make them yourself by following this recipe: INGREDIENTS: 12-pack brioche rolls 3-4lb Chuck Roast Mustard 4 Pepperoncinis 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix 4 Tbsp butter Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning Kinder’s Mild BBQ Sauce Pickled red onions ½ C Sharp cheddar cheese INSTRUCTIONS: -Preheat smoker to 225F and slather on mustard as a binder and season chuck roast with Buttery Steakhouse seasoning. Place on the smoker for 2 hours, then remove. -Place roast into a slow cooker on low with pepperonchinis, gravy mix, butter, and Mild BBQ (about ¼ cup). Let cook for another 6 hours, until fork tender. Shred. -Cut rolls in half and build sliders with shredded beef, sharp cheddar cheese, and pickled red onion. For a little extra flavor, add some crushed ranch and onion potato chips. Save this for Independence Day next week! You will be so glad you made them.
This was really helpful! I am having trouble finding your link to your website for the dough recipe and I do not have TikTok though. Where can I find it?
