No, please learn the rule of tie breaker in freestyle wrestling, don't act you are better than all those judges: 1. Highest value of holds: The wrestler who scored the most points on a single hold is declared the winner. 2. Fewest number of cautions: If the two wrestlers have the same highest value holds, then the winner is declared based on the least amount of cautions. 3. Last technical points scored: This is the final tiebreaker in freestyle. Whoever scores the last point in the match will be declared the winner if the two tiebreakers above are tied.
I looked it up, the stalling rule for freestyle Olympic wrestling is 30 seconds long. After 30 seconds of stalling, a point is awarded to the other wrestler. This call is not justified and I hope they challenge it. He was stalling for a total of 12 seconds.

It is a joke after watching that man competing in women's category in boxing, but here he literally started jumping and didn't participate in fight, he might have done this intentionally or unintentionally and possibly nothing could have happened but foul was their
Celebrating before match ends and not participating in fight clearly a foul,he realised or didn't realised doesn't really matter cause it's a clear rule break, now it may be possible he didn't intented to do this but in excitement did this but still foul is foul@@ajay8913
5 sec left on clock he was literally jumping and not participating in fight even 1sec matters in wrestling, nothing could have happened in next 5sec possibly but still foul is foul which he did intentionally or unintentionally.and you saying he did tactically correct, what he did tactically was a FOUL
