If someone wants to comment on the Olympics but doesn’t even know the cycle is 4-yearly, stating repeatedly in first minute it is every two years… well…
Bro I can tell you never watched any Olympics if your life, Rio in 2016 is 10x worst than this ... Y'all talk about the cardboard beds like their new they been in the Olympics for a while now... Do your research
They are just doing these videos to complain and grow some viewers. That's pathetic. These olympics were good. Not perfect but overall good. Strangely the athlete , watchers , publics , sport groups liked it but a mfer in his room making videos is saying it was the worst olympics and everyone believes him ? Bs 😂😂
Thr Assassin's Creed thing was because there was one set in France during the Revolution (AC: Unity, I think). Also, the in-game model of Notre Dame was used to reconstruct the real-life cathedral after it burned down, so the game probably holds a place of at least some respect in France.
With the Last Supper vs. Diyonisis thing, it's still a performance, right? So it could also be a combination, and be referencing both. Also, really good video! Its refreshing seeing someone new whos still solid to listen too
That’s very true; it just seems that people like arguing but you’re right when it does look like a combination of elements from both And thank you for the feedback 😊 much appreciated!
Its a shame that the weirdo DEI police Thomas Jolly should be picked to handle the ceremony concept Athens and Beijing Olympics is good example about how to utilize every cultural potency in qualitative way about being grandeur without being gaudy I'm not against the idea of grandeur ceremony but its about execute the idea in artistic and classy way I'm not against the idea of the boat parade outside the stadium Not to be turned into all about hedonistic party that covering the message of social sensitivity , friendship and respect which Olympics should be
I don't find the DEI disturbing as a conservative. France is known to be the first country to have decriminalized homosexuality, introduced civil marriage, write the declaration of human rights and introduce sex discrimination laws. Knowing that history, the diversity theme is appropriate in communicating France's place in the history equality and freedom.
Legit that’s what I said when I was watching it live! Really gave off Eurovision vibes in a way that didn’t really feel very “Olympian” if that makes sense
Sadly I think we’re a bit below 9th even; we only have 6 Gold Medals (although all of them were won amazingly I’d say); almost on par with Tokyos scores but there’s still time for us to do better!!
JoJo is sadly the result of being thrust into the entertainment business at the ripe young age of 2 years. This is exploitation and child abuse no matter how you dress it up. That JoJo is messed up should be zero surprise to anyone.
How fun! P1Harmony know how to put on an amazing show. So glad you took a chance and went. Wish Jiung could have been there too (his stage presence is insane). Piwon will definitely be back to Toronto for future tours. Hope they continue to grow and more people discover their talents.
I love it when kpop groups take chances with new markets; really hope that more kpop groups follow this too and can't wait to see them again when they come back!
this was a cool video i kindof did something similar. i got like into into kpopin january of 2023 and in march i went to the concert that dreamcatcher had in chicago. liike i had heard a few of their songs and liked them but i did not know much about them. im sooo glad i went tho bc those women can SAAANG
ikr? I love going to concerts for groups that I barely know tbh, it really gives you a chance to get to know the artists and they often do it in a more fan-meeting like setting too I find where its more casual!
came across this vid on my recommended and as a MASSIVE piwon stan, i am very envious of you 😭😭 but am i happy that piwon is getting the recognition they deserve? most definitely. also so glad u enjoyed the concert! they are so underrated and often overlooked by kpop fans so i appreciate ur support 😓 they're like my #1 priority on my list of concerts i want to go to !! fingers crossed that they announce a tour date for my country 🤞🤞
JoJo doesn't even understand what the song "Karma" is about... Did she even pay attention to to the lyrics she's singing?! Its about HER [the singer] having bad karma because of having hurt others in the past. But JoJo talks about it as if its about OTHER PEOPLE getting bad karma...... "YOU are getting what YOU deserve for screwing me over because Karma's a Bitch" ..... INSTEAD OF "I have bad karma and am getting what I deserve for having caused unnecessary pain to someone else." Its about admitting your own wrongs . . . And of course, singers don't always have to sing about themselves or their experiences EXCEPT FOR when they promote the song as being personal and emotionally significant to them. FAIL
