I really like it! I've noticed way less hair loss and I shed less then I used to, it also makes my hair smell good but it doesn't last long so its not good If you want good smelling hair, but the Fino hair mask fixes that so I would recommend. BUT it also depends on your hair type! If you don't have asian hair theres a smaller chance of it working for you since its made for Asian hair types
