Omax looks very promising. The deceleration stuff in the paint looks good but a lot of that stuff would get blocked in the NBA. Three point shot is coming along. He’s definitely on the right track though and I’m excited to see him continue to hone that athleticism, he could be lethal.
Please make OMax take as many threes in-game (especially corner threes) as possible (especially if you're up by 15+) so he becomes a star-level 3point shoooter. He's got the defense part of the 3&D formula alright (along with the great potential as a slasher), becoming a great 3point shooter will be his entry ticket into the Mavercks' regular rotation, maybe even into the Mavs' starting 5. Disagree, in the G-league they need to develop OMax's all-around game as much as possible. He should have the green light to shoot 3s, but he should not spend possessions parked in a corner.
