Hi! Here you'll find a lot of VRChat related content, but also short clips from other games, highlights from my streams, tutorials to various things, yea.
Oia, another World showcase. Might as well keep my promise, even if its way past uploading schedule and provide some insight in some of the world... or try and fail miserably, which results in me saying something about said world. 1. This is a easy one. Oia Lookout actually exists, and is a fairly known tourist location on the northwest coast of Santorini. This is why I love VRChat worlds (or Google Earth VR for that matter) sometimes. Even though you might not be able to afford a plane ticket, if you got the luxury of owning a VR capable device, you can just hop on and explore the world or photographic scenery of this place. But to be fair, it might not fully replace the feeling of being there in person. 2. "Scanner" might as well be a direct reference to the game "Scanner Sombre", an exploration game from 2017 that, in my knowledge, got some clout again recently for being a very unique game in regards of how you scan your environment. And maybe a horror game? I might check this out myself. 3. Yes, the obvious "Spirited Away" train track reminder. Always a beatiful sight to behold. 4. This might be a strecht. As most things on the list, the first page of Google is my friend, and apparently there is a story called "Mansion" by german writer Karl Heinrich Ulrichs from 1884. For context, the book title "Manor" refers to one of the characters in said book, which dies and gets revived as a vampire. But love stories aren't my genre, so moving on. 5. I am a sucker for abstract worlds like FFCR. Somewhat futuristic, yet old and abandoned. Full of wildlife but lonely. Also, you go, big cube. Up and down, up and down, up and down, up and do... 6. Chilling room. Very terrible for studying if you got your VR device on, but I see myself customizing this world on Desktop and chill around while doing something else. 7. ...no. 8. Look, this somewhat retro rooms on top of a skyscraper (or mostly inside) are always nice. There seem to be an abundance of those worlds, and the estatic of those worlds is always very pleasing. Would it be my dream apartment? Maybe not, I like myself some modern skyline apartment more, but if I ever feel like it, I might as well visit an nearby coffee shop with a similar design to this world, because those worlds always want me to get a good coffee and grab a book (figures). 9. Legless tower until you get away from the ground. Smh. 10. To be honest, the only time I would enter such a place at rain is in Stardew Valley. Yes, it might be a single bridge down at the beach and of course I would fish. But daddy wants to complete his Bundles.
Airbee: man. So many ideas. so many things to do. No, no! Concentrate... lets just... lil feature creep demon, sitting by shoulder: wouldn't it be cool if...
Sure, we already have one "Empty" buffer, you can just create another "Empty" buffer in between where it also has the condition of touching it. Soo, its in MenuOff State, Touch it once, it gets to empty buffer 1, touch it a second time it goes to empty buffer 2 and then gets to MenuOn.
@@Airbee Thanks for responding! Ive already gotten to that point, but that wont reset if the second touch doesn't happen. Instead, the first touch just 'arms' it for another single touch much later. Is there a way to make it loop back to the first buffer if the wait for a second touch times out?
@@S0K0N0MI Ok great :D So from the first buffer - make another transition back to MenuOff. This transition will have NO condition, but a long fixed transition duration (for example 3 seconds) Then set the "Interruption Source" to "Current State". If you select the Buffer Animation, there is a list of all the transitions going away from this node(buffer), should be 2: one going to the second buffer if you press the button again, and one going back to MenuOff without condition. Make sure, that the Transition to the 2nd Buffer is the first in the list (you can drag and reorder them). Now you have 3 seconds time to press it a 2nd time, to activate the menu :)
Hey I'm having an issue with my model so basically the model has two shaders one for the head and one for the body. I changed the name of the head to body and body to !body because im trying to make the blendshape keys work in MMD worlds but whenever i upload the model or even when using Gesture Manager the textures on the face get messed up and use the body textures instead. If i change the names of the body and head back to normal then its fixes the textures but the blendshapes dont work. Any ideas on how i could fix this??
@@edwinblue13 Maybe you have some Toggles or Animations that swap the materials depending on the Mesh name? I had something like that, i had Material Toggles with VRCFury, and was confused that they "broke" after i changed meshname or material order
Hey, i followed your tutorial as precise as i could, still the action does not work. there was a custom gesture thin on my avatar, which i exchanged for the vrc_AvatarV3HandsLayer.controller since i was missing the GestureRight and Left. all gestures work as needed in the game, still the action doesnt work. any tipps? i tried changing the GestureRight to GestureRightWeight because i didnt know if there was an issue with that, didnt change anything though. i also made the contact boxes larger. still nothing. Edit: I experimented a bit and it seems that the contact reciever does not get contact from Hand R or Hand L. This might be the model, BUT all standard gestures work so VRChat can find the hands and fingers. I have absolutely no clue what is wrong plus noone else seems to have this issue. there are only issues with gestures not working at all. Even setting the reciever to a custom like the index finger bone doesnt trigger the animation. manually setting the animation to active does place the object in my hands. Please some advice?
how do u make a prop that can be grabbed moved around and left floating in place also how could you enable others to be able to also grab and move it around
Unfortunately i am not using a preset avatar with any sort of premade gesture system. How do I set up gestures with the hands to actually complete the tutorial?
Assuming you already have an FX Animator Layer - In the top left of your animator window, you have 2 tabs called "Layers" and "Parameters". Switch to Parameters, add an Integer and call it GestureRight or GestureLeft, whatever you need or both
very nice... managed to reduce the amount of physbones from 10 for the skirt to just 1 with pretty much the same physics and no colliders accept for floor
Hiii the main issue I have is like what you see in the title pic lmao my torso glitches out or it goes like in the pic what’s the main cause for that because my dongles are different there about a inch apart from eachother but when I bought it off eBay it came with a usb port
I can't get the armor and rig to export properly, all it seems to do is export the helmet on its own with no armature. I really just need the base armor and rig, is it possible to upload something like that aswell?
I've seen a few tutorials so far teaching the same content, but your videos are by far the most easy to understand. It's been so helpful going through these and slowly developing my avatar after I figure out what's going on! I wanted to ask, would it be possible to make a video on how to create a grabbable prop on your avatar which has two points of contact? for example, a rifle where your left hand connects with the front grip while your right hand is attached to the rear grip/trigger etc and the item is manipulated by the location of those two points
Thanks for the kind words <3 Unfortunately I have never done anything like that and don't really have much interest in it, so i doubt that i'll make anything about it. But i think you might want to look up "Aim Constraints", i believe thats whats being used for such things.
bruh, I legit thought this was some random ass blender video I got recommended by RU-vid (yes, the algorithm knows I want ze blender content), but then I heard your voice and was like: "Huh, I know this guy"
@@archxavier303yt8 heh yeah i made a mistake in the video and re-recorded everything ^^ now it should work: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-M1KFfE8-tAs.html
have never watch those shows... but is kinda surreal the way they can be reinterpreted in VR. How long until an AI can just play all those roles, and you abandon your irl for these virtual ones you RP with at 19.99 a month?
