Sorry but this is the reason (s) why "bartenders" have no respect for mixology, they are being taught the absolute worst way... Spirits, liqueurs, fresh ingredients are no longer important in most bars and are ruining the art of Mixology in every sense of the word

Yes, this is mainly for younger red wines. It will not remove the sediment from an older wine, It definitely improves the aroma and the flavor. Also great if you want to put on a bit of a show.
Sorry, but it is not true that every of the three monks knows one piece of the puzzle... Imagine one of them would die: the recipe would come to an end. Therefore two or three of the monks know the WHOLE recipe. Greetings

Now I love both of these two, and I couldn't even say which one I love more... As a sidenote, I also greatly love Smetana, Dvořák and Janáček! For anything under $50, throw it in a blender for 30 seconds. Does the aerating trick far better than the fancy carafes. Not a particularly enticing presentation, however. :D
