Great stuff bro, video presentation is looking clean. I've been having a problem for a while getting pissed off from fumbles or drops to the point of yelling and shameful behavior, I'm working on shorter sessions and more self reflection between rounds. Would be good to see a coaching video if any of your students have been through the same and have formed some real mental fortitude on the other side of it.
Very much appreciating the training mode content. As a player my ego is definitely stronger than my game so this will be super useful. Especially the last couple of exercises. Godlike stuff brother
Terry looks really solid, i don't think he will broken but he is gonna punish people with bad movement with his fireballs and spaced specials. Characters like juri and akuma might give him a hard time with their fast walkspeed. He will probably be good against charge characters that have to be down backing and staying put. He looks fun!
He should do well against all characters, but u have to control spacing, and pressure is where he excels, and street fighter will be no exception, but his fireball in kof xv is a slight hang up for him especially if they are zoners
4:00 They added a similar screen shake visual cue to a lot of spacing dependent plus attacks in the Akuma patch. Luke HK is a notable one, where you'll get a little screen shake if he's plus
The video going just slightly fast enough that you can't read it completely before it transitions really annoyed me, not to mention if you were trying to observe the animations as well
For that drive rush recording, it’s because after throw tech u are drive rushing which freeze frames while the recording is still playing. I think anyway.
"Saying out loud what the opponent does after being pushed back" and "just walk forward" are two of the best pieces of advice that I learned from this channel
25:45 big caution doing this when dee jay has level 3 because h fireball is cancellable on reaction to DI (as dee jay you should be buffering a level 3 behind this every time you do it)
I feel like the longer a session goes the more I go from careful neutral and solid play to pressing all kinds of buttons when the opponent is blocking instead of taking the time to just wait. This was s great vid.
I dont know why they keep bringing Honda Blanka and Dalshim. I barely see those characters when I play SF6 literally nobody likes them Capcom could use those 3 spots for way more popular characters.
So when it comes to his wave attacks, he has Ground Wave, which is similar to Power Wave, but it stays still before fading away, meanwhile the more well known attack, Power Wave, moves forward and can hit the opponent from a decent range.
