HeartCry is a missionary society founded by Paul Washer. The mission's one great and overriding passion is that God's Name be Great among the Nations (Malachi 1:11) and that the Lamb receive the full reward for His suffering (Revelation 7:9-10). We find our greatest purpose and constant motivation for indigenous world missions in God, His commitment to His own glory, and our God-given desire to see His Christ worshiped in every nation, tribe, people, and language (Psalms 2:6-12).
Elinor, I’m so grateful to hear the entire story of your life with the Yali people! I shared with you earlier that the Lord gave me the friendship of Jessie Williamson when I was a baby Christian, and your story helps me know much more about the work you knew together. He is a gracious and faithful God, and it’s a joy to connect with you. We came back to the U. S. and lived in Wyoming from 1976 until 2022 when we moved to Wisconsin to be near our son who had been born during our time in Melbourne. It thrills me to see how our sovereign God weaves stories together! Blessings on your life’s work in Washington, sister in Christ!
God bless you guys, Great interview, we need more of this, because as christians we live detached from how the real christian life needs to be. ❤❤❤ Love you all from Armenia
I am really grateful for your interview,I really enjoy it,was a like a special class , thank to the lord for all the ideas to work for him... blessings from Colombia
O GOD ! So so grateful that You so loved The Kimyal People that You have gone into eternity past to predestine pastor Suid and chose him and called him at 8 years old to be Your own! His prayers and praises of jubilation and gratefulness made me teared so much! His heart was so full of thankfulness and he kept crying tears of gratefulness!!! GOD I am witnessing Your Power and Your Glory and Your Holiness in pastor Suid’s heart and life!!! O GOD You TRULY TRULY are our GOOD, GOOD FATHER ! Hallelujah. Amen. SOLI DEO GLORIA 🎉🎊🪅 Lord will You make more ‘pastor Suids’ among Your People so that Your Words can go forth and reach every corners of the earth and Your Kingdom can be further advanced, and at The Name of Jesus, more knees shall bow, more hearts shall confess and more tongues shall proclaim JESUS CHRIST is The Lord and The Saviour to the Glory of The FATHER! Hallelujah. Amen. Amen. Amen.
The Pastor's prayer of Thanksgiving for God's Word was so incredibly moving! 😢 You can hear the understanding of truth that has been sowed in his heart. How selfish are we in the west!! How fat we have grown on God's goodness!! Shame on us all. We must hold the rope for those who go down into the well.
Siud's prayer was genuinely deep, heartfelt, and full of personal meaning. He left the earth five-ish? years later. The Kimyal people said, "We have lost our Moses."
@@ElinorYoungI can see he was so very grateful for the work you did translating God's Word for his people. Yes, he was like Moses. Great loss to his people. I love what you told Brother Paul about the apology made for killing the previous missionary. Indeed, God had so changed the hearts of these people through His truth. God does love them so much. It has been so wonderful to hear your story. Thank you for sharing this with us.❤
I have listened to this series all the way through and listened to the audio book. What a wonderful example of a woman determinized to serve God regardless of the disability. Such strength. I was brought to tears throughout the series multiple times, but was most touched by Pastor Siud's story and then his prayer when the box of Bibles was placed in his hands. Thank you so much for sharing Elinor's story. She is an example of God being glorified through weakness.
I’m so unworthy of the salvation given to me from the Lord Jesus Christ. Why would he empty Himself and come down to His creation? Why would He give His life for a wicked people? I’ll never fully understand the depths of His love. I hope to one day kneel before the King and praise Him to His face.
*Calvinism is a FALSE GOSPEL.* Jesus died for *ALL of us* (John 1:29), (John 3:16,17), (John 4:42), (2 Corinthians 5:14, 15), (Romans 5:18), (1 Timothy 2:6), (1 Timothy 4:10,11)... etc. A “god” who, being able to choose, chose the *immense majority* of humans to be destroyed in hell!!, not to be saved… *is NOT the loving and merciful God of the Bible (2 Peter 3:9).* My calvinist friend, you are not better than anyone. God didn't see anything special in you. Nothing. You are not worth a cent more than any of the billions of souls that your “god” is going to send to hell without any possibility of choice. The only reason God could choose you without violating His character, without being a respecter of persons, (Romans 2:11) is because He knew in advance that you would respond positively to His call. “For many are called, but few *CHOSEN.* ” (Matthew 22:14) *FREE WILL = LOVE!!* "I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; *CHOOSE,* therefore..." (Deuteronomy 34:19). Also, *the Bible does NOT say that we are totally depraved beings.* Be very careful friends! This statement could well come from the mouth of satan himself, who is completely depraved. *We still carry the image of God!* Let's not forget it. And because of that, we can *BELIEVE* and respond freely to God's call for salvation. *That limited atonement is an abomination.* Heresy of great caliber. There is nothing exclusive or limited about the cross. Nothing!! *He paid for ALL our sins* (Isaiah 53:6), (1 John 2:2), (John 12:47), (1 John 4:14), (Titus 2:11), (Hebrews 2:9). That is why Jesus commands us to preach to every creature in every nation. Irresistible grace? Not only is it a heretical concept (Acts 7:51), but it is absurd in its essence. Grace is a gift by definition. A gift that cannot be refused... is not a gift, it is an imposition. *Once saved, always saved, no matter what you do, it is one of the devil's biggest and best lies.* The Spirit of God is not up to nonsense! The entire New Testament is full of warnings, from Jesus and Paul, against apostasy. Warning someone of a danger that does not exist is stupid. The Spirit of God would never do such a thing. We need to study the Bible, but we urgently need to take off our Calvin glasses so we can see. Prayer and fasting. By the way, cessationism is another heresy. *All* the gifts of the Holy Spirit operate today for the glory of the Lord. God wants you to know it. (Sorry for my english) *THE END IS NEAR.*
I too was saved by Jesus in 2004. I too felt the same pull towards hopelessness and accountability. Thank you for this video, i was on the streets of Flint Michigan while this brother was in Cambodia beginning our walk with Christ. We are One Body.
