Hello, I have a questions and I wasn't able to find any info on that... I replaced my unit boards and cooling units. The unit cools fine and reaches the desire temperature successfully. Only red light stays on as the green light goes out. However, both fans - internal and external - keep spinning non-stop instead of shutting off while unit is holding the set temperature. Would you know by any chance why? Thank you

I called cust service who gave me an email to send my request to, and that email was non-deliverable. They would not tell me how much the board was, if it was in stock or provide a part number. I then sent another email to the email listed on the site, but no response. I am looking for this exact circuit board shown in the video. A second call to the company and they once again want all your personal information before they will even give you any answers, when I questioned why they needed that, they hung up on me.
Would love to have some tips on how to supply water underneath the low tray that holds the hot / cold water lines. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. This is a great filler.
I think I may be missing something with this installation. Why cut such a large hole in the bottom of the cabinet? The exhaust from the range hood would go directly into the cabinet. Why does the range hood not connect to ducting leading to the outside? If it was a ductless range hood, there are no vents on the fan to exhaust through charcoal filters back into the kitchen. Again, unless I'm missing something, I think this is a terrible installation video. Please set me straight.
Hi, I have this Range we love the look but I am having a hard time figuring out how to attach the bottom part of it. It clicks on one side but won't stay on, perhaps I am missing something? and there is not really an installation video on here
Above my cook top is a recessed light in the cabinet that is operated by a switch. Once the light is removed can that existing power be used to hotwire the unit?
