I have problem with my HP Probook 440 G3. After i turn off my Windows. In first attempt to turn laptop ON, I always get black screen, keyboard backlit is working, but fan is not spinning. My laptop starts after 4th or 5th attempt normally. Everything works fine until i turn laptop off and try to turn it on. Every Diagnostic tools (also from HP) says that RAM, Processor, Disk, Motherboard, Network Cars is fine. I updated BIOS to the latest version but it is the same. Turning off Fast Boot didn't change anything.

I am going to list some suggestions for you to explore regarding this after i ask you my question. I have a question about how you say this is controlled by the mind. What specifically are you doing with your mind? Are you just concentrating on the device you made and/or are you consciously imagining the device spinning in a specific direction? Im very curious about this because i spent alot of time studying occult magic never with the intention of practicing it but was curious if it was real. The common element i found with occult magic happens to be the mind and the ritual seems to be the part that influences the mind. From my perspective without psychotronics in mind i see occult magic as form of hypnotism. Now im not suggesting you do this but its common in occult magic ritual to have the use of mind altering drugs or structured meditation (meditation like for example the framework of a chakra system). Now what i do suggest is focusing on different geometrical shapes while conducting your experiments and see if this has any impact. Sigils are very common in occult magic and from my perspective i see them as "subconscious anchors." But the idea of sigil is interesting since you could either have a effect that may be from just looking at it or it could have a story behind it that generates a effect on someone usually a emotion or feeling (good example of this is the swastika or even the american flag). Another variable that might be worth noting is the position of your hands. In vedic tradition the idea of mudras or hand gestures were thought of producing different effects; i have seen some very interesting mudras that have complicated positioning and if find this interesting how this even was thought of. You can say the same thing about sigils not being some random drawing and that there must of been some sort of thought process behind their construction. Now this may be related to psychotronics but im not sure how you would study this idea but in the occult there is a theory of egregores. Egregores are sentient beings that are thought to be generated by a collective of minds. So for example, when a tribe creates a idol paired with a story and purpose of the god. When they worship this, this would generate their god into a real thing. If this is true this is a scary phenomenon since most of these things would be made by hedonistic minds thus creating a devil like entity. So based on this idea your emotions and intentions would play a huge role in the outcome of what is generated.
If you are interested with psycho phenomena i personally experienced this. Note that this has way too many variables to prove as being true what i experienced. Lets just say this was my past and i had what the medical field would call a drug induced psychosis. What happened before i was 302ed was very bizzare. I remember being able to hear my father's thoughts for a very brief moment one night and its hard to describe but i felt like i was focusing on this orb of energy; when i was focused on this thing it was completely foreign to how imagination feels. This is why its hard to describe because the feeling was so alien to me at the time. Now this was drug induced like i said but these effects did not happen until a week after me taking the drug which was methamphetamine. Sleep deprivation was the main element to all of this and i was awake for a week and half if you are curious. The craziest thing that happened though in this experience was when i arrived at the crisis unit were i met this class lawsuit lawyer there who was a patient. I know very strange to see someone like this in a crisis unit. What the old man did was insane and i remember him saying "want to see something cool?" And when i agreed to see what he was going to show me, he raised his arms up in the air slowly. As hes raising his arms up slowly i seen every single person in the entire unit in synchronicity with his arms raising up tilt their heads back and their mouths hung open wide. He slams his arms down after this and i seen everyone in the entire unit go back to normal like nothing happened. After he did this he smiled and winked at me. I was scared to death and i ran out of the room. Now this old man i did have the chance to ask him lots of questions and one interesting thing he said was the most valuable thing in his life was yoga out of all things. This man is the reason why i went into studying all these things. I noticed he had a huge interest with me just like i did if him. I noticed his mood would change with mine even when i was not even engaging with him. I expect this to be a form of cursing if we look at this through a occultist's lense or you could say he was using NLP on me. Another crazy thing he was able to do was when he opened the blinds to a window one day and he started basking in the sun ray. He started screaming and i remember seeing all his veins popping out. His skin complexion changed while this was happening and it turned gray as he was doing this. When i seen this i was geniunely freaked out because everything else in the room i was in was completely normal except for him. I even stood up out of my chair and pointed at him trying to get the attention of everyone and it was like they didnt even notice he was there at all. When he was done doing whatever he was doing in the sun ray he walks back to his chair, looks at me, and winks. Now the part of this that interests me is the idea of gray aliens and this man was not gray but he did change to gray under that sun light. Ive seen some intelligent people in my life but this guys intelligence was off the charts and he gave off a very evil vibe to me based on what he told me. He is a master manipulator and he demonstrated this in the unit making a chaotic situation there. I remember the following day me and him were interviewed by the team of doctors so this did actually happen it was no dillusion of mine. The doctors said me and him were involved in this incident; i had zero recollection of having any part of this so im not sure if he did something to me when i was in there. What was strange about this man is that he wanted to work with me after i got out and even gave me his law office info telling me to meet him there. He offered me 50 grand upfront just to manage his stock portfolio since he had a conversation with me seeing that i was knowledgable on this. I was interested in learning more about him but i threw out his contact info when i left since i thought of just meeting him would be like opening pandoras box. Anyways thats part of the story, the story is long and its full of phenomena that made absolutely no sense at the time since these things that happened were things i never was educated on at the time and i confirmed some things to be related to occultist, or vedic schools of thought.
Now what facilitated my state before i went into the unit was obsession. I was obsessing over some document a found of whistleblower talking about time travel. Since the interview matched up with lot of my ideas of the world it instantly got me hooked on what was being said. So i find that obsession may be a form of intense focus that may be able to generate things. . . maybe. According to exorcists in the catholic church they say possession starts with obsession. If this is a real thing and they claim it to be then the debate would be is this a entity that exists on its own or is it a entity produced by the subjects mind like a egregore? My thoughts are leaning on the idea of the egregore since obsession is a deep focus on a specific thing and a obsession over your actual identity outside your physical body may be what creates the phenomena of possession. No real way to confirm either but just some interesting thoughts i have.

I do not think you are crazy, many people would find this crazy what you do but based on how most of us are we tend to reject things like this. There was a interesting occultist by the name of Austin Osman Spare that went on a rant about how knowledge itself may "disable" what you can actually do. Basically he was saying that you can develop a program that limits you. I guess you can say hes right if we look at something like for example dogma. I wonder if doubt itself is what limits any ability we may have in terms of psychotronics.

The voltage was higher on the output sometimes... but remember it is not under load, and the circuit is allowed to ring up. The o-scope is probably about 1 MegaOhm input... so not a lot of current flow
I’m having the same problem, fixed the back one last year because I had a foot of water in the spare tire well. Now the front leaks on both sides. Is it holding up alright? Do you have to recaulk it?
The last tool you have used, the one that haves a 60 degrees point is used to make threads, that is why it didnt cut the steel well. The lever you use to say that is used to lock the car, actually is used to engage the screew to make the car moves automaticly. Its used to thinning the piece consistently or to make also threads using the gearbox. That is why you have so many metal gears, its to make the correct thread space. There is a lever on the back of the lathe that activates the gearbox. Down it will reverse the screw, up will do a forward the screw and at the midle its not activated. With time you will see this litle lathe is an amazing tool and you will find out how to work with it. Congratulations to the video, keep on doing it and you need a tripod to film it. Always remember to not use large clothes when using the lathe and careful with the rotation, do not use gloves neither cause it can be catched by the chuck or the piece you are machining and use protective glaces because sometimes things fly from the piece and can do a casualty on your face/eyes.
