Greetings from Turkey. I'm having the same problem. In fact, I am experiencing many of the problems in your 190e videos on RU-vid. I am experiencing this problem in my 2.0 Gasoline 1991 190e vehicle, both when running on LPG and gasoline. Did you find the solution? The mechanic said that the idle engine was canceled.
@@enesgok9340 maybe i just find out the solution. My car wasnt able to start, i bought new temp sensor and now i find out, that the new is faulty too. It leans the mixture and thats cause the engine hunting. Try to unplug the eha, if it is okay, you probably have the same issue. Previous temp sensor was good, but eha was setted bad (no differential pressure) so its enrichtment cause engine stalls. New one have at 3 celsius only 1 kOhm resistance, and thats very low and bad. Hope that you can solve it now
My engine cooling fan sensor turns on at 105 degrees. The fan sensor is black and 87 degrees. It blooms at 87 degrees for 1 month. After 1 month, the 105 starts to activate the fan. BEHR brand. What do you think is the problem?
Mine was worse than this. Coolant was crystalized in ever single cavity in the head. Ive cleaned the head out, and replaced head gasket. Will be checking compression soon and hoping it didnt corode too much. Only replaced head gasket because of oil leak from an oil galley lol
How's yours doing for oil leaks? - the front subframe on my 2.5d is protected by oil but it suggests that pipes are about ready for replacement.. gearbox or oil cooler by the look of it.
Actually, the left stick on the instrument cluster also adjusts the brightness of it making it possible to.turn off illumination, so just twost it while the lights are on and check
I think the next test is to switch places of injectors, if the flow changes, it just might be it. If it remains the same, it’s probably fuel distributor port..
Fos some reason on these cars it's a bit weird I used to have rough idle and I just tuned the carb a bit for a bit more fuel to run through and it smoothed it out
Yes i have the same problem whit my mercedes 190e 2.3 w201. And it shakes i was looking at the valve cover ventilation and it whas okej but im gonna change the spark plugs.
we have a w126 v8 but the fuel plugs are getting too dark, if you're throwing too much do you tighten those screws on the side of the barrel to decrease the flow?
ignition on engine not running see if it changes when moving the flap. had this found the metering head central pin needed adjusting' they are a pain to set up on the car real need a test rig to set them up for idle and correct base settings
idle valve or how it´s called, that´s what the german forum "experts" mention to be the problem when: idle drop at stoplight or spot sign ...even turns off the engine. ke jet running in "emergency" mode? (you can check the errors with an led) ...that would explain why there are no voltage variation´s, the KE ignoring lambda and just sending lots of fuel (safety). sorry for my bad english and i am no expert, mechanic, forum knowbetter*... just a dad and husband with a w124 230e
Problem fixed. I used an automotive smoke tester and discovered that the inlet manifold gasket was leaking. Old gasket had probably been damaged when I replaced it during a head gasket rebuild.
Replied to you on facebook..but Have you done the leakdown test...and checking spray pattern and delivery amount on all 4 injectors? And confirmed good spark from ALL 4 sparkplugs. Greetings from Norway,Stefan
